Usually looks like a bomb site. I don't know if shelves can't be restocked quick enough, or general organisation and tiddyness just aren't a priority here. Often find products on the ground, strewn through aisles. This last Saturday the party area was the worst and staff seemed pretty content to stand around chatting about boys rather than restock or help customers. I don't really care (as on previous visits staff haven't been much help anyway) - but it's not a pleasant experience.

alright, good place to get cheap fabrics. The customer service was underwhelming, I called to ask if a certain fabric was in stock and was put on hold for over an hour. There isn’t much staff in store so I was assuming that was the reason. I’ve been in person and customer service is good but please do not leave customers on hold for over an hour, it’s sloppy and unorganised.

Good range but not a fan of the layout that forces you through the entire store. It's an anxiety attack waiting to happen. The attempt to upsell greatly outweighs an enjoyable customer experience. I'll likely avoid shopping here because of this unfortunately. Disappointing because Spotlight used to be my favourite store.

Well stocked and staffed store which is conveniently located within the home maker centre. Parking is not a problem.

A large store with an extensive range of sewing and craft supplies. Whether you are making clothes or curtains, crafts of all sorts its all here for you. Great hours alliw you to pop in and browse around for what you need for your projects

Staff are always so friendly in here. I just find the store difficult to navigate and it doesn't have a very large selection compared to other spotlights.

Had exactly what I wanted, called them in advance and they put it aside for me. Also discounted stock so very happy with this stores service.

Please consider ordering items from other stores when you discover they're not available for click and collect instead of immediately cancelling items that you can't find right away. Or maybe give us the option to alter our order if this happens. Because now I have to go pick up things that are completely useless without the rest of my order

Great place to stock up on Yarn. Warning take a huge bag, as there are so many to yarns choose from, you will want to buy loads. I try and buy just one, and fail every time. 🙃 staff always helpful with all my questions.

Plenty of products at a decently priced value. Only problem is trying to find what you absolutely need. Otherwise for fabric and accessories would definately go here.

Pretty disappointed with my visit to the Maribyrnong store today. Trying to get assistance was very difficult on a Wednesday afternoon. Spoke with the staff members in the sewing area for help. The shop assistant appeared moody and left me feeling unable to ask for the help I needed. I certainly won't be rushing back to this store any time soon. Spotlight is craft capital and naturally customers are going to seek guidance and support with their projects from staff, I've never encountered this kind of service at the Werribee store, polar opposite in service standard.

Staff in the store is not friendly specially the people at counter. They are behaving like we are there to buy stuff without paying. Experience we had is not good at all. Mason was at the counter and we had a click and collect order to pick up. Experience was awful and felt racism. Hoppers crossing staff is really friendly. Would not return to this store again.

I've not really shopped at Spotlight properly until the Mrs wanted to check it out. The store is huge!! And there is so much variety of quality items ranging from bedsheets to storage solutions. I guess a bit like IKEA and Kmart. Got plenty of bargains especially after signing up for their free VIP membership and participating in the special $40 off $100.

Always a fantastic store with great service. Tonight I got served by Dimple and she was fantastic. Made her cut up so much fabric for me for school. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thanks Dimple!

I know all Spotlights are messy and chaotic and this one is no different. But the layout is so confusing! I recommend not taking small kids, because they WILL get lost 😂 Staff were friendly, but it was impossible to find anything we needed in there, even with their help.

Clean store. Very friendly service. Surprisingly they always have sales on their fabrics and other items in store which is really good. They have a range of home items! Highly recommend the visit.

Love this store! I could spend hours in there getting inspiration and browsing the huge selection of products for a wide range of uses; crafts, homewards, gifts etc

William at the fabric counter is THE BEST. Spotlight make sure you treat him well so he stays. So knowledgeable and very helpful and super polite. I also hope he serves me

I had the best experience at this store the other day! The store was impeccable, it was well cleaned and well organised, making it easy for me to find exactly what I need despite the slightly confusing layout. What really made my day was the exceptional customer service that I received from Milan, she was so sweet and was very efficient. I’m sure I’ll be back for a refill!

Very big Spotlight with great range of everything, staff are much more friendlier, helpful and interactive compared to some of the other stores. It's in a secluded area across from Highpoint so parking isn't a problem.

Our favourite spotlight in Melbourne by far. We travel to this one as it just has everything and much more than the others across Melbourne. Great parking, spots always available, heaps of stock inside and friendly staff.

This spotlight is hidden away so it's a great one for finding what you need. Though it's a little like a maze to find everything in the store. Been able to find lots here that weren't at the other nearby stores. Easy to park at and get in and out of

I don't know what it is about this store, but I always seem to get lost here! They often have pretty good sales. I've bought some excellent bargains for the house; manchester, bathroom accessories, etc. Great for crafty, creative types and also for those who want to get some ready-made furnishings and decor.

as with most of the spotlight stores, full and often cluttered. Maribynong is just that. Not complaining just stating what I see. Staff were courteous and friendly and accommodating.

Really good range of products - and Marnee on Lane 8 was really sweet and nice and even helped me add my loyalty card straight to my phone, which I really appreciate!

Lots of variety but they need more staff to keep the stock in order and to assist customers on the shop floor. I went to buy a pillow but stock was not arranged well and it was hard to find what I was looking for and how much it cost. There were no staff around to help me. So I ended up leaving empty handed.

Called the store to check stock. They said they were busy and would call back. They never did so I went down there in person. I was told they nobody could help me for 10 minutes. As I was leaving the store I thought I’d try my luck with someone at the front desk. She told me what I wanted was only sold online, which was wrong because I had brought this item from a Spotlight store before. I told her this but she just repeated the same thing. There is not enough staff here and the ones they do have look to be run off their feet and pretty unhappy. I feel sorry for them. 0/10 stars.

Best stop shop for anythg crafty to party goods. Its not just fabrics and bedding they have but also dress up costumes and ALL ur party needs. Wide range of supplies. Would not leave disappointed. A must visit. Highly recommend A+

To the staff member who helped me out yesterday you nailed it. I came in with a vauage idea of a product and despite not having it the team member I asked suggested another store for this idea of what I was after. She was spot on. Thanks for your help. She deserves a commendation
