I saved all my life for an opal. They said they would turn it into a pendant . They shaved a third off the front of my opal. They denied it. They sent it to their stone cutter who smoothed it. They said it was my word against theirs. Their son did it. I would not go there if I was you...IN RESPONSE TO DIAMOND CREATIONS RESPONSE ..All lies. They attempted to attach the pendent to the chain (twice unsuccessfully) on the third attempt they obviously put it in a vice to hold it. It shaved the opal. The son came out visibly nervous, stupidly ignoring this I listened to him when he said they had used extra gold (at their expense) and that this time the pendant should stay stuck. To my detriment I ignored the condition of the main body of the opal concentrating on the clasp. It wasn't till I got home I saw the damage. Again (particularly now they have replied with such blatant lies) I would stay well clear of them
