I was very impressed. The doctor is very caring and attentive. Explain and guide every step for us to make a decision. At first I was worried about communication. I don't know how to describe the symptoms. Because our language is not strong but no worries about communication. Thai doctors will help explain to us.

I've been going to Doncaster Hill Dental for many years now, myself and my whole family. The team at Doncaster Hill Dental are very professional, but also very friendly and a wonderful bunch of people. I've been seeing Dr Lavonne Kong almost exclusively, and she is gentle, thorough and communicates all aspects of dental care very well. I recently visited Dr Mark Nguyen for two wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Mark was very professional, ensured I had an initial consultation to inspect my mouth, and make sure we had a clear plan for the scheduled extraction day. Everything went smoothly, no pain during the procedure, and he is a very skilled dentist and knew exactly how to remove the teeth in the most efficient and safe way. During the consultation he explained very clearly and thoroughly risks, aspects of pre and post procedure that I needed to be aware of, and put my mind at ease right away, as I was a little nervous seeing a new dentist for the first time. My recovery was flawless, and I'm booked in to see Dr Mark for my twice-yearly check-up and clean. The practice manager Oliver Thitiserani is always a pleasure to speak to, and ensures claim and payment aspects are looked after and he always asks if we have any questions and provides advice when we seek it. Overall, I have no hesitation to highly recommend Doncaster Hill Dental and have much praise for all the staff that work there.

I came to Mark for an opinion on my wisdom teeth as they were causing me a lot of pain. He was really thorough in his explanation of what was going on and what the next steps are. During the wisdom tooth procedure he was really reassuring and explained clearly what was going to happen next. Afterwards I had a clear plan on what to do next. I would definetely recommend him to anyone with a tooth problem. The clinic area is a lovely and cosy space also!

We all dread going to the dentist however my experience has been amazing. The staff and dentist were very professional, comforting, understand, and patient and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I have been amazingly fortunate to have Dr. Lavonne as my son's dentist. My son had issues with deep overbite and he was not able to close his lip. Dr. Lavonne has taken care of my son's teeth with Invisalign and now every issues has been fixed. My son regained his confidence and his bright smile. I appreciate Dr. Lavonne's attention to detail and her perfectionism. She always takes time to explain every steps of the treatment and carefully listen to my concerns about my son's teeth. Highly recommend. It is clean and hygienic, and the dentist and dental assistant's service and attitude are outstanding. There are big 2P parking spaces nearby and close to bus stops on both sides. First visited here to fix my broken front tooth with Dr Mark - and it was fixed beautifully at a reasonable price. Considering that it was an emergency, the staff was quite accommodating and helpful. I went back again with a full check-up and deep cleaning and had the best outcome - the process was very smooth with given details along the process; hence it relaxed my nerve.
