A beautiful clean and tidy B&B great location walking distance to the town... Rooms and en suite spotless... Double bed very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from will keep you filled up until evening hope to be back again... So delighted with this B&B and Karen and her Husband where great host's

The place is really cosy and warm. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Good electric shower. Also Karen is very friendly. Breakfast is also tasty.

The gold standard for B&Bs. Beautiful, comfortable and spotless rooms. Stellar home-cooked breakfast made to order with the best home-made brown bread. Karen is attentive and welcoming and goes out of her way to ensure her guests have everything they need. The location is a great gateway to Bundoran and Rossnowlagh, as well as Northern Sligo and Leitrim.

Quiet and comfortable, but in close proximity to the town. Karen, the proprietor, was extremely hospitable.

The room was IMMACULATE! Our hostess was welcoming and easily accommodated our large tandem bicycle. The location is convenient to Ballyshannon Town Centre. Breakfast was hard to beat with home baked wheaten bread. All in all, a perfect B&B experience.

Brilliant B&B. Large rooms. On a quite street. Near the town center. Very big breakfast and super-friendly hosts. Family atmosphere. Visit already twice and will return on our next trip to Donegal.
