Until 2 weeks ago, I’d have rated this as 5* all round. As a regular user of the airport, I’m very disappointed in the changes. Whats changed: The facilities no longer list their allergens on the menu. The staff no longer understand what gluten free means. The staff further no longer know what cross contamination is. What happened: The staff refused to swap gloves or listen to the request, (I asked for a bowl, they grabbed a wrap and then touched all the bowls with the contaminated gloves) further they’re regularly not using the provided tongs to reduce any cross contamination. The above has now happened twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times I have asked for the order to be stopped and walked away. The final part, this time, as watching the staff touch the food after touching their faces and not having changed gloves. As someone who has worked in kitchens, this is all bad food hygiene. Why am I upset: This was one of only two places to get gluten free food in the airport. They seem happy enough to have lost the market. Summary: The food is great, if you have a non restrictive diet, but if you have any form of allergies, this place is not somewhere I’d recommend anymore.

Food is average but manageable. The staff appeared super enjoyed and made the experience extremely unpleasant. I ate there twice this summer and definitely will not make that mistake again. The staff looks like they are there as a punishment and are super rude when you try to make any requests or ask basic questions.

I had the breakfast burrito. It tasted good and the ingredients were fresh, at 9am which you would expect at least. 3 stars because it was tiny for any burrito standard and an absolute rip off even for airport standard. It was €10 and wasn’t worth €5

Very average food and not worth the money and for vegetarian customers very limited and tastless options. I can make better vegetarian food at my home it was very pathetic food which i tried. Never eating here again.

Ordered from here, got to the front and had no pork no chicken no avacado only thing left was beef that looked as if it had been sat out for 10+ hours. Staff were told didn’t look like they wanted to be there, mumbling and couldn’t crack a smile just sighed when you ordered. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I absolutely loved the pulled pork burrito, some of the tastiest burritos I've had. The staff were friendly and very quick, if I ever come back to this airport I'll definitely choose this spot again to eat.

Pretty expensive for the quality. Had the beef rice bowl… not enough rice and too much wet stuff. The beef was rogue, like shredded overdone roast beef like Irish mammies used to farm out for a Sunday roast. Salsa was poor. No heat and weak flavours.

I got the rice bowl. The sauce is pretty shocking and and the coleslaw taste like a kangaroo spine rapped in barbed wire. Not my favourite at all. Has potential to be good but won't he going here again.
