A
great
spot
for
a
short
visit,
comfortable,
welcoming
staff.
Planning
a
getaway
to
the
American
tourist
trap
that
is
Donegal
town.
The
central
hotel
could
be
reasonable
priced
option
for
you.
The
hotel
sports
an
antique
design
which
I
believe
perfectly
fits
the
feelings
that
accompany
Donegal
town,
the
hotel
has
a
comfortable
familiar
feeling
to
it
like
visiting
your
grandmother’s
home.
While
this
is
nice
the
hotel
feels
like
it
is
missing
a
big
wow
factor
but
you
may
not
be
seeking
this
as
you
are
staying
a
quiet
little
Irish
town.
At
reception
you
will
greeted
by
the
welcoming
friendly
staff.
The
staff
did
all
they
could
for
us
even
after
my
stay
they
held
onto
our
luggage
as
we
explored
the
town
before
we
left.
First
thing
that
we
noticed
about
our
room
was
the
view,
the
view
of
the
running
river
instantly
brought
a
relaxing
quality
to
the
room.
The
room
came
with
all
the
essentials,
fully
functional
bathroom
with
a
shower
that
had
better
water
pressure
than
my
home
one,
tv,
kettle
and
hair
dryer.
Although
the
water
always
had
a
murky
look
to
it.
sinking
into
the
bed
you
would
have
a
comfortable
night’s
sleep.
Now
I
recognise
me
and
my
partner
visited
when
it
was
out
of
season
but
waking
up
to
power
drilling
and
hammers
crashing
into
walls
is
not
a
preferred
way
to
wake
up
in
at
9am.
As
we
forced
up
by
drilling
we
decided
to
have
breakfast.
The
hotel
supports
a
full
Irish
breakfast
which
I
still
think
about
till
this
day,
so
Id
say
go
for
the
breakfast,
even
if
you
are
woke
up
by
drills.
Overall
we
had
a
pleasant
stay,
its
comfortable
and
almost
familiar
but
lacking
in
a
big
wow
factor
I’d
say
its
perfect
for
a
two
night
stay.
