You wont miss it if you visit or live in this great city that is on war time for the 8th year already. Check Pushkin square is a must. People arw exhausted yet you will be surprised by their patience and kindness. Park has a modern monuments, art and is very ambient and green. Seems that all negativity somehow left behind, especially when the weather is good. Many places with good coffee up to 0,80€
