So disapointed. First they could not match the online prices for a room, so we had to struggle to get a room for a proper price. The food on the restaurant was very expensive and they didnt have half of the menu card. Also the top bar was closed and they didnt tell. Finally they wanted to charge us 1.000.000 dong for laundry…. After negotiating we got 50% discount ….

First we thought it was a bit expensive, but the breakfast buffet was worth the money. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Workout room and pool could use an update but do the job. It was really, really loud at night due to some karaoke bar, but I guess they can't help that. I would suggest the stay here.

Big hotel. A little bit old but maintained well. Buffet at breakfast continues. Different menu every morning.

Cheaper than I expected. Noise proof was bad. Staff were nice, friendly, polite & helpful. There were limited choice of dishes in their restaurants as well as room delivery-in. No spa service open yet due to Covid. However, still one of the best place to stay in Dong Ha.

This place is hands down the best Dong Ha can offer. If you want a nice place to stay while in transport, this place is great. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is nice and clean. You can also tell that the hotel is starting to degrade. I hope they keep up with the upkeep. Their breakfast is one of the better ones around central VN. Many types of food to choose from. Enjoy your stay. It's worth the price.

It is still a great place to stay, however the facilities seems to degrade over the years. The management team should take care of their properties. It is a waste to let a place like this in such a bad shape. My room was mouldy and very humid. The good side is that they have a great team working in the hotel. Everybody is welcoming.

I arrived at Mid-night and the security make me move around and around for a parking spot. After that, no helping with my luggages. The shower is some how broken in my room. But they have nice view, nice food. Cool swimming pool.

Receptionist was very welcoming, the breakfast is nothing special and there is no service to help with bags. We loved the shower and the room. It’s clean and the view was great.

Nice hotel but don’t have enough staff so we have to jump in cooking for the group, the bag not well look after

Decent option in Dong Ha, rooms are aging but still ok. It is still better than the Dong Ha Saigon Hotel, also cheaper I believe.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was great everyone was nice, friendly and professional . The food was great. Will be staying there again in the future

Worst breakfast I have experienced in any Muong Thanh Hotel. Everything is already empty and not getting refilled at 9 am. Toaster not working and dirty everywhere. Rooms are nice but the view isn’t good. I guess Dong Ha don’t have a better choice. So that’s it

Probably the best modern hotel option in Dong Ha. Located off the main road. The staff are super friendly with a great smile. The swimming pool is a decent size. A few drawbacks for this hotel is no air conditioning in the hallways, lobby or the gym. This made it difficult for my family to stay. The other disappointment is the so called 24 hour room service. This doesn't exist despite it saying it does in their books but otherwise overall a good experience. Buffet breakfast does the job and this hotel does provide great value for money. Highly recommend the grand suite especially for wedding preparation purposes.

Older rooms, a.c work well, a little pricey for an older hotel. Bed is comfortable and clean, room is clean and spacious. It is suitable for a couple of nights.
