There is no hot water, the staff was unkind, told me the complaints, punctured my bike's tires. I paid two days and did not refund it. It is the worst hotel.

Clean rooms, huge beds, showers with soap and shampoos and fresh towels. Good WiFi. Breakfast is excellent, very Vietnamese though. If you expect a western experience you will be disappointed. This is 4 stars for Vietnam (especially if you ever stay in a small town) but maybe 3 for the West. Temper your expectations and you'll love it!

Very nice hotel : big space for car parking, big space in room, decoration is good enough, staff is quite silent but polite and warm, price is reasonable.

The price is quite good. Hospitality is good Inside the restroom, equipments look quite old. For day, wifi quality is low, from mid night, wifi quality becomes stronger.

Stopped here as part of the tour for dinner. Definitely not that great. Only the tofu dish, veggies, and soup we're ok. Everything else was tough to eat. Located in the hotel.

Good restaurant for group Kiman Hoi an restaurant is much nicer and cheaper!

The rooms are average and the beds are generally uncomfortable. The food is decent, though, and the staff is friendly enough.
