The room was filthy dirty. I can except that everything is very old and run down(which it is), but no reason for it to be so dirty.

I got my room on Agoda and I read the reviews so rather than going with a standard room I paid an extra few dong for a deluxe, and the room turned out good, with no real problems. The a/c, and WiFi worked perfect. The bed and pillows we're comfortable, the TV had a couple of movie channels. The design of the room is rather silly with the great big glass walls, but the drapes worked great. God help me if I ever come back here again but if I do, I'd stay here again.

The food was surprisingly great and affordable! The room was fine with a budget-friendly price, but the swimming pool was a bit small.

- I came there to do a DMZ tour. In advance they told me that it's not a problem I should just come by and they organize it. I arrived and they told me the guide is busy for the next day... Thank you!!! That was the reason, why I was asking before... I found another great tour by looking by myself (Tam's Cafe). Reception not helpful at all! - They had a birthday party and I'm pretty sure that the control unit for the volume control was broken --> painfull loud music all night long... - Breakfast was quite poor 0 rooms are clean but smell strange and quite small 0 quite close to the beach. But beach is quite busy.

Nice compound, great pool, only stayed 1 night for just an overnight. But room is clean and nice but small.

Gigantic pool. Poolside room. Language barrier but just use google translate. Food nicer on restsurants on beach.

Looked at a few rooms here and they all strongly smelt of moth balls. Didn't stay.

I had an excellent stay for one week at a price that's hard to beat thanks to low season. Even though it was low-season they were fully staffed. A clean pool every day. Absolutely great food, especially the lobster and tiger prawns at a bargain imo. Every morning a very generous breakfast with juice and iced coffee. The staff was always friendly and smiling and the manager came asking if I enjoyed my stay. Top service altogether. Thank you and see you next time for sure 🤩

The hotel room was very dirty, air conditioning didn’t work at all. Hot was lasted roughly 20 seconds. Dingy, derelict resort that needs a lot of work. The advertising is very misleading and the photos must be a decade old or just very computerized versions of the real thing. Room was way too expensive.The front desk lady was also very rude. Would not recommend.
