The breathtaking beauty of khanapur has been destroyed in order to contruct SEZ/Residential skyscrapers. The view of Osman sagar specially at the time of sunset was an unforgettable scenery here. Many natural places of hyderabad is being demolished only for more revenue. The beauty of hyderabad surrounded with million years of old hills, rock formations, lakes are now forest of concrete. There are lots of plain lands which can be utilised for construction. Touching those hills with greens is so unfortunate.

This used to be a beautiful location surrounded by rocks and the occasional hidden lake. A short walk from here invited you to a commanding view of Gandipet lake. Alas, all of the natural rock formations have made way to an under-construction concrete jungle. There is nothing left here but just buildings and a wide road. Don't bother coming here. It isn't the beautiful place it was once.

Once a serene and beautiful place is now hotbed of construction activity. The rocks are being broken and debris being dumped. Few places remaining now where you can still enjoy nature.

It’s no more the place it used to be. Seeing the google maps photo I thought of scheduling my photoshoot there. I went there before confirming my photographer about the place. After visiting the small lake it no more there. Most of the place has already been used in construction of commercial and residential towers. In next few years the area will be converted into a concrete jungle, as NEOPOLIS grows into another hitechcity.

Perfect for a small getaway with friends or your loved one. The drive on the ORR is also really calm and pleasant. Great place to spend some time away from the hustle n bustle of the city and click a few photos.

It used to be a place where many people would come and enjoy the nature As days pass on, it has become a commercial space and we need to accept it I hope this place on the other side needs to be open for nature lovers

Don't go there. It's nothing but sand there. All the photos in Maps claim wrong.
