    I am disappointed for buying a car from this dealer. two weeks later i complained about brake pads and I was told everything was fine and good, two months later , i came back and am told i need to buy both back and front brake pads and whippers. honesty is key, we do trust what dealers tell us. the dishonesty i got from this dealership is disappointing and disgusting. .

    Took a vehicle in on a Monday and only received it back the following Monday. I'm no mechanic, but not sure if it took long to get the parts for the vehicle or if they just slow in general. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have coffee which is a big plus. It's neat and tidy and the store is easily accessible.

    Mxm. I came around 7:30 in the morning to service my car and now is 15:30 but the job still not done. However this my second and last time here. Time is important and valuable. Moving out is better than stories.

    I took my Senta FE (it just clocked 30k kms) in for a mechanical issue, the service I am receiving from the dealership is appauling! They don't update you on the progress, I need to make calls myself to get updates. The worst part is they told me their technicians can't fix what is wrong with it, no time frame as to when I can possibly get my car back. I use my car to take my kids to school and use it for work, I have requested them to loan me a car as I am stuck, they can't help me on that either. I regret leaving BMW for Hyundai, they never let me be immobile while they worked on my car. I am definitely leaving Hyundai, so not happy with their after sales service:(

    I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Leonard Cartwright, for the excellent service he provided. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Mr. Cartwright's professionalism and ability to suit my needs in choosing a car, exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.     The communication about your car here is terrible. They never call back when you call them to try to get information on the state of your car, they do not communicate how they work so you know what to expect, and when waiting for parts they do not tell you when the parts are in, you have to call them and ask them if the parts have arrived, even though you've already paid for them. When you book a time to come in, and you bring the car in on that day, they will tell you they are fully booked. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.

    I've waited over an hour to be contacted. I finally decided to call back, and I was transferred to a consultant with no response. I was put on hold for over 2 minutes. This branch has never rendered bad service. However, today, it's the worst day. The receptionist didn't even apologize for the long, unpleasant wait. She wanted to transfer me to the manager?

    Wow!!! Amazing experience. Found vehicle on the internet and was in our driveway in 24hrs.     Communication with clients regarding fetching license disc's from Hyundai Hatfield is horrid. Their lack of communication cost me MANY fines AND a mugging at the traffic department for which I won't be reimbursed. Ridiculous.
