GREAT place . Ask for Alton, best service I've ever received from a car sales man!!!

Alton is an absolute champion, got me my dream car (cleanest I've ever seen a car) friendly and really made me feel like a friend and didn't look down or pressure me in any way possible, the other sales guys all came to say congrats and I really felt like a king, Alton and ford silver lake will always have my stamp of approval and I'll refer all to this branch.

Extremely Poor Service, I took my car there still under warranty/guarantee for Aircon Actuator maintenance....the problem is still persisting up to date (the car spent the whole week with them). I will never recommend anyone to them. I am shopping for a New Ford Dealer in Pta, where I can Service my Car. Adios

Worst service ever by service centre, with a massive amount of attitude. Especially from Dineo. Takes you at least 20min per call (had to make 3) just to find out that nothing has been done at 14h00. Normal service, booked at 7h01 as they open at 7h00. Will not support you guys again. I

We received good and friendly service from Jappie and the manager. Happy with our purchase and the after sale service and assistance.

5 phone calls, 1 of which was on hold for 12 minutes listening to the Service Manager talking to another staff member! Eventually drove there and was treated in a disrespectful argumentative manner by the service advisor - all because I had the audacity to question why one week after a major service my car dashboard was showing a warning light that my engine oil needed replacing!

110% happy from booking to service just on another level compared to Ford Centurion which lags on every level.

The website always books for a day earlier. So it send an email with the wrong date. Then I had to phone to correct the error and they told me it was booked i for the correct date. Email also doesn't indicate time so I asked on the phone was told to be there at 7:00, they only opened at 8:00. I wasn't the only customer waiting. Only one guy was booking cars in do had to wait for 10mins.Then I was told I wasnt on the list. The guy booking us in was helpful. They also stipped a bolt on my battery, that when I needed to replace the battery we had to get the bolt cut off. Not impressed by thier service this time.

What excellent and professional service! Kleinbooi was the salesman and all I can say is, wow! From day 1, it was just great dealing with this dealership. Upon collecting the vehicle I was spoiled with an awesome hamper incl. champagne, set of carpet mats, set of rubber mats and almost a full tank of diesel. Brandin in the finance department also made things so effortless and easy. If these guys tell you they will call you back, the totally mean it, not like other Ford dealerships I visited.
