Great food and service. The drinks were strong. We had the breaded chicken and it was cooked perfectly.

Delicious authentic food. Well seasoned. Restaurant was clean. Nice simple decor. Our server Carlos had great customer service skills and his recommendations for menu items was spot on. The fresh squeezed lemonade tasted like limeade but I absolutely loved every sip. I enjoyed my entire meal. When I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be back. 😋

I went out for a walk on October 31st. You guessed right, For Halloween 🎃. Life is good so I decided, why not go play around a bit at Dolphin Mall. On my way I got this urge to stop Metropol. The spot seemed to be hot and full of yummy advertisements. I decided to try out the menue and why not. After all the night is youg 👹👻🙊. I had to wait a bit on the waiter and food but not too bad. It looked like a busy night. The food was good. Fresh. Seasoned, the help was good. I would walk in again maybe on a slower day for a run at the menu. I hope you will enjoy.

Good place to eat with a casual atmosphere. General Seafood, latin , beand a rice. Average plate was about $25. The fried snapper was $32.00. Miami prices . Service was good.

We had alcapurias that didn’t have the Puerto Rican taste and the arroz con gandules and chucarones de pollo was like having KFC. The tostones were so dry that you needed to drink alot of water so you won't choke from the dryness. The server was Gabriela which she never checked on us during our meal . The customer service was horrible. I complaint to her and she was like you should off mentioned it before but we never saw her pass by during our meal just at the end to give us the bill. I didn't even eat all the food because it was plain nasty. It is a shame because Puerto Rican food is so delicious 😋 but unfortunately a place like this gives a bad taste to the 🇵🇷 food. One star is to much for this restaurant. I don't like to give bad reviews it took me a month hope this can help others.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I came out to eat with four other people and not one person disliked a single item ordered. Our server Manny was warm and welcoming as well as personable. The rest of the staff was also very friendly in passing. This is a great atmosphere with even better Puerto Rican food. This has been one of the best Puerto Rican restaurants I have visited in Miami. I will be back over and over, requesting our fantastic server!

Came here on the whim after finding it online and checking out some of the reviews. This place is a hidden gem and it has a great atmosphere. This is my new fav spot when I’m back in this area. Had some fried chopped up chicken called Chicharrones de pollo with black beans over white rice, ground beef empanadas, fried n sweet plantains, and a Cuban sandwich w/ French fries. Pedro was our waiter and he did an excellent job checking on us, very polite and helpful with the menu selection.

The food is great here. So many options. I loved the Mofongo relleno de lomillo salteado. The ensalada de pulpo was very clean and well prepared. The staff is great, Pedro was helpful and answered all of our questions, and made recommendations. I'm definitely coming back to try some more dishes.

Don't be fooled by the 4-8pm happy hour. The waiter will tell you that if you receive your check after happy hour ends at 8pm that he forgot to add drinks to your bill during happy hour and "the system" charges full price for all drinks automatically. Then he'll say say happy hour prices are no longer an option on "the system". Then he'll concede to changing one drink in "the system" to happy hour price 😂 what a joke

Great spot. Was there for lunch during the week and it did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and patient. We ordered appetizers and was never rushed to order meals. We took our time and the staff stayed attentive. Food was excellent and the variety was appealing. We will be back when we hit the mall again. Thank you Metropol

The food was great, and the service was above average. The servers were very friendly. The best part of the atmosphere was the great show put on by the musician and "cuatro" player Tony Toyan! His show was extremely entertaining! His singing was great, and he interacted with the public in such a remarkable way!

It's in the mall, but when you eat inside, it's a real restaurant experience. Not many places you can go to find authentic Puerto Rican food. Was very excited to eat here and introduce my son to the food. We had great service and prices were reasonable.

I’ve been to this restaurant in 2019 in PR when i vacationed there in dorado pr and again aug 2022 at the San Juan airport location. This place is awesome. Food is authentic and flavorful and just absolutely delicious. The rice i think it’s the mamposteado (i think that’s the one) is so darn good. I don’t even like beans but i will pick them out and it’s worth it. The taste is so amazing. Always give great size portions. This will be my go to anytime I’m in PR or Miami.

Service was perfect. Ropa vieja was a little too salty but overall was good. Black beans were great. Puerto Rican party with carne frita was very good as well. Large portions.

Three stars is enough. Decided to go last Sunday to see what all the hype was about. Still searching for the best mofongo in Miami…I wasn’t impressed enough to go back anytime soon, but I will go back, maybe to try different menu items. The food was alright. We had alcapurias, tostones rellenos, mofongo with carne frita and mofongo mar y tierra. The place was pretty full. We sat inside because outside it’s too noisy and everyone going inside the mall walks by you. Service was good, but a bit slow, maybe because they are a little understaffed.

Great food with many choices. Amazing customer service and our waiter Jualian was the best. Will highly recommend and return. 😊👍
