I don’t know what happened to this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Look at this piece of meat, completely raw. Seriously, fire this cook. This happened Sunday September 18th around 3-5PM. You guys know who was in the kitchen staff around that time, go and show them this. This is a huge concern, someone can get seriously sick from eating this. That’s not all, my triple dipper or. was wrong. I ordered sliders and the egg rrolls, but I got sliders, fried pickles, and wings. The lava cake was frozen. A very negative experience, and what made it worse was that I was very hungry and looking forward to eat, instead I had a very embarrassing quality of food. Seriously, this is a complete joke. They should just close this location or change the administration to an administration that actually cares about making decent food. Or at least HALF decent food.

This salmon with corn and mashed potatoes was amazing. Always great service in this location and no long waiting to be served. I prefer this location over the one on 87 ave.

Haven't ate at chili's in over 15 years. Santa Fe burger was decent, tasted like backyard BBQ burger, choice meat I think. Somewhat spicy and bacon was cooked beautifully. Sirloin avocado and cilantro plate was good. Asparagus was good and crunchy. Service was ok at best. Never got a refill and our server rarely came around. Bathroom was decent.

perfect lunch I called in the morning to make a reservation for 25 people, they told me that they could come at 1:00 pm, the manager was very nice to me. When I arrived I realized that they did not know, but quickly the girls who were there and the manager grouped the tables together and seated us in less than 5 minutes… The waitress who served us is the most patient person in the world... 25 people with more than 8 accounts and she patiently organized everything and helped us with everything... Victoria, you are the best!!!! Thank you all…

Our server Will made our experience here outstanding! He was friendly and very attentive. He was fun to order our meal with too. We hope that Will takes care of us the next time we come! GIVE WILL A RAISE !!

Nice place to eat. Hard to access being on the west side of the turnpike. But food was good and served promptly. Staff made sure we were pleased.

Went to Chilis yesterday and left a bit disappointed. First, they changed the menu and they didn't have the spinach dip anymore. The food was not up to par.. it was kind of bland. Service was good... Fast seating too. Overall, I will come back to this Chili only for drinks and appetizers as they never seem to fail on those.

So far place is dead, 1:30 pm on a Monday memorial day, empty 1 waiter 1 bartender 1 perdon for togo and I assume 1 in the kitchen.. I guess not enough traffic to hire more employees

Dined in on a Monday and split the fajitas which were delicious. Plenty of food for 2. Can mix and match meat options for the 3 choices. Drinks were solid and as always, the southwest rolls were amazing.

Ordered a medium cooked ribeye and this is what you will get, just be prepared haha. I'll just order chicken the next time around

I’m writing this review as I’m still sitting at the restaurant. I’m taking into consideration that my visit was not at lunch time nor at dinner time but I I had to review the service of our waiter( his name is Will ) because he has been one of the best if not the best waiter I have ever came across to. He was not even a waiter he was the bartender and was serving several guests at the bar and a few tables on the dining room providing Excellent + service.I’m only giving the 4 Stars because of quality of the food was not up to par.

Our server was very nice but he was by himself. Very understaffed, extremely long waits and poor service in general. Took a while to get seats, even longer just for drinks. Didn't even get to eat, we just left. This was mid week, not even lunchtime. Oh and the fryer wasn't working so half the menu was not even an option. Very poor management, owners should be embarrassed.

The worst Chillis anyone can go to. From the server named Andrew that I got to read on name tag was extremely rude and got every , single thing wrong I ordered. He offered no help and I called the manager who said his name was Roman and it was worst. He is probably the reason why this Chillis offers awful service . The food was wrong, uncooked and they were extremely rude . I went with my family and will never return to this place . I think management should be replaced and no customer should be treated the way that server treated and spoke to me . I wish I could give zero stars. My third time almost eating raw food because this place doesn’t believe in fully cooking your meals . It’s gross!!!

Our waiter Jose, was great, there was 17 of us and he made sure we always had what we needed or wanted. Service from other members was overall ok. Drinks however are horrible. Ordered Long Island Ice Tea, it was basically lemon juice with a splash of soda, sent back a couple times and each time came back as bad. Ordered Malibu and pineapple and was brought a glass half full and was told it was the new way of making drinks because people complain there was too much ice. Little secret, they're complaining about the watered down drinks, not the ice. Poor solution to bring a glass with half a drink. Do you think people will order more drinks and spend more money? No.

Food was excellent!! Service was very slow. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 minutes after we were seated before someone took our food order. Our waitress was very nice but extremely slow. I had to wave over the manager as if to say...what's going on. He nodded in our direction and just kept on walking. After 5 minutes he came back and took our food order. It was for 2 triple samplers. Anyway, 5 minutes later our waitress comes by and asks if we were ready to place our order. Advised her the manager already took it. As i said before the food & margaritas were excellent. The staff are very nice and professional but extremely slow. I think we can attribute it to only being open for 2 weeks...but they still need to step it up on moving things along with a little more urgency.

I ordered food expecting to get curbside service, but after waiting almost 10 minutes to get the food, I had to go inside to get the food myself. I found my food was sitting at the counter. It was missing my drink, so I had to wait an additional five minutes until someone came outside from the kitchen to serve me. I had to wait all while I heard numerous employees laughing and not working. The food was cold and I was missing utensils. Poor service.

Really nice and clean. The inside feels like a fast food restaurant though. Im guessing to make it more wild when watching sports. You'll see what I mean when you go. The cook right now is fire, food was delicious. Burger was literally like the picture. The drinks were watered down though. Regardless staff was great, friendly and attentive. Had a good time with my family. Thanks.
