I recently moved into The Registry and am so pleased with my experience so far. The leasing team was able to help me remotely solve all the complexities of a cross-country move in an organized and efficient manner. Paola was so helpful and flexible, and we really appreciated her great service. But more than anything, we absolutely love our home and amenities! We have a high-view of the ocean and river, and love the Platinum- level finishes (attached images). Location is perfect too -- right near amazing restaurants and things to do in Las Olas, pretty close to the beach, while still being near the highway and not directly on Las Olas Blvd which makes it easier to navigate in/out. I highly recommend to anyone looking for downtown living in South Florida.

Recently tour The Registry Las Olas. All common areas were impeccable. The co-working space and rooftop lounge are exactly the type of amenities clients are looking for. Thank you Mauricio, our leasing agent, for guiding us on how to find the current availability. He was very knowledgeable of the building, amenities, unit floor plans, application process and surrounding areas. Although the building did not work for my clients wants, I will be sure to bring other prospects to this lovely property. 5 stars ⭐️

I moved into The Registry in Oct 2022 after being new to the area. I have enjoyed living here since. The buildings amenities are magnificent not to mention the staff. Mauricio was the leasing agent who assisted me and made the experience so easy for me and stress free. I remember searching for apartments before moving here and the staff was a big issue. They were not helpful and rude... it is very refreshing to not find that here. After all this is the place i call home and they make my time here a lot better. They also oversee community events for residents to attend for special events and holidays, oh and let's not forget the events they create for our furry companions. The pool deck and bar b q area are really nice and the bar b q's are always kept clean. The gym has a great array of equipment and they host free workout classes for residents on Wednesdays. The building also host Yoga classes for free to residents on Mondays. I am very pleased living here so much that I just renewed my lease.

We have been living here 1.3 year and extended our leasing for 1 year more. The area is perfect , the leasing team is very friendly , helpful and from the beginning the customer service was great. Beautiful building and great amenities 😊 Just the Gym is not very big and hasn’t got a necessary equipments like hypertension or equipments for an inner thigh… But other stuff is great!

I have lived here for about a year now, and I can say without hesitation that The Registry is one of the best places I have called home. One of the first things I noticed when I moved in was how wonderful the staff was. Britney is always friendly and welcoming. She greets me with a smile every time I come through the door and is always available to help with any questions or concerns. She is warm, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy. Chris is also deserving of high praise. He takes great pride in his work, genuinely cares about the well-being of his residents, and is friendly and highly accommodating.

We moved into the registry yesterday and love it so far! The building is beautiful with great amenities and a prime location. Our move went so smoothly due to our amazing leasing agent Will. He has he been so kind and thoughtful and made us feel at home instantly. We are so happy we chose this place. Cannot recommend the registry and Will enough!!

Will continues to make my entire experience at the Registry seamless. He goes above and beyond with every interaction I’ve had with him - always extremely caring, knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive to any and all questions. It makes any transition seamless whether you are a new resident, transferring within the building, or a current resident with questions or concerns. I definitely recommend working with him and moving into the registry if you're looking for great staff and a gorgeous building with amenities. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
