Date visited 6/1/23: For numerous reasons, I greatly favor this lounge over the Centurion lounge-Miami. The exceptional customer service, decent food selection, wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleanliness, lack of overcrowding, and friendly and approachable staff all contribute to my strong preference. Additionally, the absence of long lines further enhances the overall positive experience!! Considering all these factors, in my opinion, this lounge surpasses the Centurion lounge for sure.

Been here many times. Everyone is very cordial, place is clean, food is good, highly recommend becoming a member if you aren't!

Very nice lounge. Variety of snacks and drinks available. The staff is a bit snobby. I had to wait for a bathroom stall to change my child because there was an employee sitting on the toilet (pants on) watching her phone. Stall door open. I had to ask her if I could use the stall before she got up. Very unprofessional.

Smaller than the Amex Centurion lounge, but nice and clean. If flying Delta, go here. The Amex lounge is a very long walk. Follow me: no telling where I will go.

I arrived at the airport several hours early then I needed to be there. I waited at the lounge area and the services was exceptional. Frank at the check in desk was wonderful. He made us feel special and thanked us for being medallion members. The food taste was awesome and good to see such a variety of food delivered for valuable passengers. We've been flying from here on monthly basis now from Florida, Miami to different parts of the country and it's been a good experience!

The food is truly made to be substandard. I don't cook at all. And I'm really bad at the kitchen. But I can definitely make better sandwiches and make a better tasting food. Otherwise chairs are pretty and it's clean and there is wifi. And people are very polite.

Always a friendly smile, great variety of quality food, Starbucks coffee and full service bar.

Delta Terrible service, they delay the flight, they give you false information, and they refuse to pay for another flight on another airline and they want to blame the weather for not paying, when it is Delta's responsibility, there really must be something that can be done to fine the companies airlines for this type of action that also causes problems and loss of money to its users

Club is the smallest I’ve been to. Roughly 100 seats or so. Limited food selection but nothing negative to say. Food was okay. Drinks were good. Not too crowded but I could see this getting really crowded during peak times.

The service with Delta is always to be desired. I was met with smiles and clear, precise information. The lentil soup was pretty good, the wine was good and I like the glasses, as well as the freshness of the cheese and other snacks. Lots of seating and the diversity also made it a cool place to hang out while waiting to be airborn

Always a great experience. They employ some of the best customer service oriented people in their organization in the lounges. I do however wish that the cost for a guest would either be lower or free especially since the annual fee that I pay is $250!

Stopped in real quick for a early 6AM flight. My home base airport is ATL and I swear it’s the worse. It’s always a wait or overcrowded. This Skyclub had no line or wait. Not overcrowded either. The greeter that scanned me in was so pleasant and happy at 5:20AM. Breakfast had pork sausages, grits, egg omelette and potatoes. The bathroom was dated. It didn’t have the full privacy stalls like most Skyclubs have. I look forward in returning back again!

Overall, it was awesome. There are some people that need to be smacked, in the face, with a chair. Nobody wants to know your business or how inconvenienced you are. But, you made it entertaining and I had someone to make fun of, to your face. thank you!

Dismal. Dated. I think the worst food at any club out of dozens I've been to

Google shows it less busy than normal. It looked very crowded, very few seats open from what I could see from the entrance after we spent about 10 mins in line and hadn't moved. We had roughly 8 people in line in front of us, and they never finished with the first couple that was at the desk when we arrived, so we just decided to leave. When we left, they had roughly 15 people in line, and the single attendet was still trying to help the first couple change their flight. Should have gone to the Centurion lounge instead, but it was about a 45 min walk from the sky club and didn't have the time to kill after coming here and wasting our time.

We traveled through 4 countries in pass month and due to flying other airlines we only went to priority pass Lou gets unfortunately their standards have dropped considerably but this Delta lounge was excellent. Great food and liquor choices.

I expected more. Not a great experience: crying kids (I thought this was 18+?); someone on the loud speaker constantly saying “testing, testing 1 2 3”; subpar bland food; and the most annoying…loud staff. For the 3 hours I was there, they talked so loud, laughed at full volume, dropped stuff, and generally spent time hanging out in the hall. Not restful.

Food is good. Service is excellent! May have a fee to enter based on delta medallion status or delta amex.

Too small and really badly designed traffic flow. Confusing to navigate even in such a small space. Food and beverage choices were typical. Nothing special. But enough variety so that everyone can find something to eat. Cleaning staff are very nice and friendly. For a new Club, they blew it on size and design.

New lounge by gate G18. Very well designed. Separate sections for different purposes. I love the views.

From the nightmare of Frontier Airlines to the heavenly luxury of Italian Airlines! Even the design of the flight blankets tells stories! Children go first choice of the strongest in character and spirits!

Not the fanciest sky club in the network but it gets the job done. Food was solid...it wasnt crowded...and quiet. If u can get access...much better than sitting at the gate.

Not a great lounge. Long lines for drinks boring mediocre food. In general very disappointing as we were business class traveller's. Ended up moving to Latam lounge that was much better

Warning International traveler's - Deltas new policy only allows assess 3hrs before departure. They will not even let you into the area to work outside of this time. We were flying business with ITA and this was extremely disappointing and felt let down by this silly rule. For delta - we pay business to work and fly not to abuse your hospitality, please let your staff have the autonomy to let guests into the lounge early especially when it is empty and they are transiting on business. (This policy make you look cheap)

This is a small one, but a nice one. They have a good attitude and good hot food and great local beer. We even came here in the Pandemic right at the start, they are professional and nice. Avoid the Turkish Airlines lounge, it's like a weekend at a labour camp.

It's always much too warm inside, and they don't have enough charging ports or plugs for the number of people. The food is typical of Sky Clubs and it's a clean environment.

Lots of seating and friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, food offering was disappointing and not what I expect from Delta Sky Club. Flavorless breakfast options and inedible bagels. Good coffee though.

First time in this lounge. Good experience - quite some food/drinks selection. Not too crowded. Seems a bit small? But I didn't have time to explore the whole area yet.

I really liked this lounge it had good seating. Food was pretty good. And to my surprise, it was quiet.
