One of the worst airport lounges I've ever seen. The space is still good and well thought out, you feel that there were better times. But apparently the red pen must rule massively! The newspaper shelves are empty. The range of food is exhausted in the finished scramble, a few cornflakes and ingredients that should be mixed with the finished scrambled eggs. The plastic cutlery from the machine is just another way to say: we are almost bankruptcy. Only the bar still tells of better times in the past and is well stocked.

Being able to come here right in the morning when it opens makes you appreciate this lounge more. My friends and I were able to come in here right at the opening time, so we were able to experience this place when empty. The lounge is actually really nice here by gate D30. And any of different foods you can have, tons of seating in various forms (tables, high chairs, booths, lounge chairs). The bar area is huge as well. The glass windows give a perfect view of the runways as well!

Stopped by before a flight to Dallas. Nice club. Easy to get in to. For members only. During my visit which was earlier in the day they were serving breakfast tacos. Food changes all the time and with each visit practically. Always offering various drinks pretty much anything you can think of. Bar only offers limited choices but you can pay for other options. They had an Avocado toast bar. Plenty of seating.

Lounge has great seating and the staff was really nice. The free food was just okay but the paid options may have been better. Free beer was a large American brewery but did have craft options for sale. They also had desserts and coffees that seemed to be pretty solid.

First day with the new upgraded food offerings. Smoked salmon with whipped cream cheese and cucumber was great. Bacon and pancakes were pretty standard. New guava pastries added a nice local flair along with an improved fruit salad of pineapple, mangos and strawberries rather than the typical melon heavy salad. The agents at the front are helpful as always with questions and special requests. At times, this lounge is way too busy but hopefully with the new credit card changes, traffic will be decreased.

Excellent lounge when you need to camp out for a later connection. There are 2 Admirals Club lounges here in MIA for American. The one at gate D30 is larger (same food/drink), and this one at D15 is about half the size but quieter and not busy. Definitely recommend!!

This is one of the nicest lounges I've been too in a while. It was a bit difficult finding a seat, but the staff was real helpful. There is also access to the Flagship lounge which is very high end. The have a decent wine selection and most draft beers. I really like the espresso machine because it makes a highly caffeinenated Americano cafe

Consider the entry fee of $59, not worth it. Full of people, loudly, not a great place to take a break. Food quality is good. But not too many choices. Guacamole station is popular, so you have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes to get it. 50% of the power outlets I tried are not working at all. The staff do clean regularly and fast. But they tend to give you a look that ask you if you finished your food, instead of talk. A little weird. Probably won’t go next time.

I have been to many lounges and this one is more really not great. Busy and the food options are terrible (see pic, thats it! Is like a snack bar for toddlers). If you are looking for a place to work and not worry about being hungry please avoid this place).. you can order a mediocre sandwich and pay for it and be very dissapointed too.

The experience at the club is definitely a game changer when air traveling. I put around 120k miles x year for work traveling and some extra for vacation. Some of the clubs need attention, I understand the food menu will be revamped next year (2024). My home airport is MIA, which is very nice, all the staff are great to keep everything in place but the most important thing is that they are really friendly.

I had a huge layover in Miami, and had planned on staying the 9 hours in the American Airlines Lounge, and so glad I did. Had plenty of snacks and coffee. The food selection was good, but the guacamole was amazing, freshly made. The day pass was worth it.

I used the club by D15 which opened at 5:30am as I had a long layover before an international flight. The breakfast options were somewhat limited but not bad yet filing. The staff was very helpful and it was very clean. This club has showers and comfortable lounge chairs if you wanna get a car nap. It did get pretty crowded by 9am and they were notifiying everyone before entry that they were not selling day passes due to capacity limitations for Covid.

Excellent lounge. Slightly more cramped then the other one at D15, but still spacious and well-stocked. They've got all of the amenities, including complimentary snacks and drinks, a work area overlooking the terminal below, and plenty of seating, even if it can get filled during peak hours. And they serve lox avocado toast in the morning!

It was acceptable. No complaints on my part. I was worried about a line when it opened, but then it never really got crowded in the couple of hours I stayed there.

🚿 They have showers! That's my #1 reason for Admirals Club and not United Club membership. Oatmeal raisin cookies should be brought back again.

Always a great treat before a trip! The lounge is clean and well stocked with a snack variety, soups, cheeses and veggies. There’s also a separate area with other food choices, today they had rice and shredded chicken. They have house red and white wine for free and other alcoholic beverage options for a fee. Bathrooms are very clean and reír wifi is very reliable.

Great lounge although it can be busy since the other one at MIA is closed right now. Tony and Omar have been stand out bartenders, the food is good and it's a nice comfortable environment with quiet business areas and all the other things you'd expect. The Cuban sandwich is very good and a great deal at only $11 for enough to feed 2 people.

I liked that it is Nice, comfortable, clean. Lots of space. I did not like plastic dishes and silverware. Food; so far so good. Just a snack before your flight

This lounge is pretty big, has three different stations of light food. On morning they have the avocado toast station which is my favorite. The lounge is always clean. But in this last visit the cleaning ladies they were in the middle of the way chatting, which is kind of uncomfortable. Other than that is good.

The service here is absolutely incredible! Fresh turn over of food items and sweets. Plus a perfect view to watch planes take off while waiting your flight. Highly recommend becoming a member

Very good lounge. Comfortable with plenty seating. The complimentary food and drink options are ok, you can also order off of their menu. I didn’t pay to get in. I received access based on my ticket. I was pleased with the offerings especially since it was at no additional cost. Wifi is free and the speed is adequate. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Views of the active taxiway and gates were also good. I will say though.. they had the BEST brownies I have ever eaten! Without a doubt! Overall I’ve never had an issue at this lounge. Keep it up.

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Such a treat before a long flight. Menus could use updating but they are consistent and the food is high quality.

👍 First our bartender. I forgot her name, but she was excellent. If I could stop there the review would be a 5. However the lounge is tiny, occupancy sign shows 62 people.
