My first visit was today and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Upon walking in my friend and I were welcomed by this very nice man (owner?) and he explained the best sellers on the menu. We got our sandwiches and It was so good! That and the fact that we felt welcomed the entire time and the service was great. We are definitely coming back again and I can’t believe that they have been open for over 20 years and I had never been here! You gotta try it for yourself!

Local sandwich shop in a little plaza. Super friendly and helpful staff. Frankie, the owner, was there personally taking orders and explaining the menu. Super nice and informative. I had the tuna , which I don't typically get while dining out, but it was recommended, so I gave it a try. It did not disappoint. Gray had the number one (Ham, Capicola, Salami and Provolone Sandwich) and was very pleased. I had a taste and can confirm it was delicious. Seating is currently outdoors only, and the beverage machine is not available, but they will be returning to indoor seating and bringing back the soda machine after 7/4/21. There is an abundance of good ready-to-go drink options a well as a varied chip selection. We enjoyed a large can of Bubbly and a bag of garlic plantains. I really appreciate the owner's care & responsibility in ensuring the safety of staff and customers. Our food was quickly brought to our table, and Frankie checked in with us to be sure everything was to our liking. The surrounding shops may look a bit sketch, but don't let that be a deterrent. The food and service are top notch, the shop is bright & clean, the food is fresh & delicious, and you can tell the owner genuinely cares about his customers' happiness. We are often in the area for work and will definitely be returning to this gem. A+

Wow. Franky’s is the sandwich shop of Miami! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional service. Every single employee talked to us to make sure we were enjoying our food. We had the Italian & Philly as recommended and they we’re delicious. A true Hialeah gem.

It sucks that 1 person ruined the 5 star rating for this place because they really earned it they have the best customer service I’ve had in any restaurant in Miami the staff are super nice and welcoming and the subs are out of this world I’ve shown this place to everyone I know and they all have the same reply holy cow that was good. Keep up the good work

Enticed by the 5-stars, I gave Franky’s a chance while driving by the area. Staff was extremely warm and helpful to me, a new customer. Sub they suggested was the best Italian I’ve ever had (and I’ve had more than a few). It was so good, I picked up a different one to bring home to the wife. Three days later, We decided to take the 30 min drive back to Franky’s just to satisfy this new craving. The family running the place is great, the subs are amazing and the place is very clean!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Really great spot for lunch. My co-worker found this place by chance, and the very next day he took me there. The tuna is THE BEST I’ve had (besides my own of course). Friendly staff, good service and decent prices. You must try their tuna! It’s worth the drive from northwest Miami-Dade.

Great #1 sub, it is Really satisfying get the hit peppers and the olives. We also got a roast beef with Turkey sub... YES! Customer service was outstanding. Restaurant is clean many drink and chip selection. They even have some sweets.

This was one of my bookmarks for years. I finally got to stop in. I was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and informative. I had the number one which was so delicious and fresh. If you're in the area you have to stop in to try them. They are following all Covid guidelines and the establishment is very clean.

We were looking for the best deli sandwich on our way to the Opa Locka airport, so we Googled, and were directed to this little jewel. We were greeted so nicely and felt welcomed from the moment we walked towards the entrance. We ordered the recommended sandwiches and were not disappointed at all! Everything absolutely fresh and delicious! We ordered the Tuna, Philly Steak, Corned Beef, and #1 on the menu: Ham, Capicola, Salame & Provolone sandwiches. You can choose from a variety of breads and toppings as well. There’s also a nice selection of drinks and chips. We will definitely return next time we’re in town.

Best sandwiches in Florida... Fresh, had crafted, delicious, and good for you. They also have Cuban style sandwiches, Italian, and American subs. My favorite is corn beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese, spicy mustard. They have the best rice pudding for dessert, and in you would like a different dessert They also have New York style Cheesecake!!! Ordered again today 01/25/2023. It was great again! As expected... Orded Today again 04/05/2023 This time I got the Philly Steak, jalapeño pepper chips, diet Jupiter sods, plus rice pudding, and a Chocolate chip cookie for my daughter...

This sub shop is amazing. A true hidden gym if you've never been there and go ahead with the number one hot and welcome to your new addiction. You're going to come back to try them all and so far they are all amazing. They're tuna is specifically amazing

Franky’s Deli Warehouse generously donated their sandwiches to our Voice of Love event. I was fortunate to try their Italian sub on wheat bread from their selection. Let me start by saying that I’m not a sandwich person and I was not even hungry but I eat the whole thing. The sandwich was fresh, they used high-quality thinly sliced meats, cheese, and lusciously green veggies. It tasted amazing and the bread was not soggy which is a must for me.

Went here for the first time today after hearing many good things. I was greeted by employees right as I walked in and because I said I had never been there, the staff made friendly recommendations. I ended up getting the tuna sub as suggested and it was delicious! Very fair prices for great food and customer service.

Excellent Food , I highly recommend the Tuna or Italian sub. Toasted bread with great fresh cuts and ingredients every time. If you want something light you can get the Tuna salad , also very good. Was in the area for the week on a work trip. Came here everyday for lunch. The sandwiches are top tier and the staff here is the best. They truly care about the food they serve and the people they serve it to. Every day we saw familiar faces (we weren’t the only ones coming every day!) which is a true testament to their brand. The owner, Franky, greets you as soon as you walk in and explains the popular menu items, along with suggestions as well. You order first and pay after you’ve eaten, it works trust me. I ordered the tuna melt, which is hands down the best tuna melt I’ve ever had. I ordered it multiple times. If they keep this up they are going to be wildly successful, and I wish only the best for this establishment.

Well, let's start with this is our first time going to Franky's Deli. The atmosphere was fantastic. Frank and his guys not only make fresh delicious sandwiches but make the dining in experience fabulous as well. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive and to add appreciative of our business. My wife and I had an Italian which we both thought was fantastic. I added deli mustard and sweet peppers to mine along with the regular lettuce tomatoes and onions We also shared a Tuna sub which was delicious. We had one on white and one on wheat and both were equally soft and great tasting. We finished our meal with a Quatro Leches sprinkling in some of there "Crack Cookies" 😁 (as Raul cleverly described them) and a cafe con leche. Franky's Deli definitely earned the 5 stars we gave them in our opinion.

I had the pleasure of eating at Franky's Deli Warehouse, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment I walked in, the owner's warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home. His customer service was nothing short of awesome. Initially, I came with the sole intention of savoring a pastrami sandwich, as I had been on the hunt for a good one. However, thanks to Frankie's recommendation, I decided to venture out and try the pastrami and corned beef combo. What a brilliant choice it turned out to be! The melding of flavors between the pastrami and corned beef was a delightful surprise, and it added a unique twist to the classic sub experience. I opted for the half portion, but in hindsight, I can't help but wish I had gone for the whole sub because it was just that good! This visit marked my first time at Franky's Deli Warehouse, but it most certainly won't be my last. I can't wait to return for more of their delicious offerings. If you're on the hunt for a delightful sub experience with exceptional service, and reasonably priced don't miss out on this hidden gem!

This is honestly the best sandwich I have ever had. I love trying new places and this was by far the best experience I have had. Greeted at the door, great suggestions for someone who didn’t know exactly what they wanted (but, also a great variety of options on the menu. Everything was fresh and top notch. I am definitely coming back here again.

What a great find this was, thank you fellow yelpers for steering us in this direction. We were met as we walked in the door by a gentleman who asked us if he could help us if it was our first time here and he did and recommended sandwiches and they were absolutely outstanding. We had the Italian which was made hot and it was great. We also had the Cuban sandwich and it was done to perfection.
