We lived here for the four years we lived in Miami, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Jessica and Jeanette became like family to us, and they’re so very superb and amazing and made everything a breeze. We loved our apartment and we loved the area. I can’t recommend them or this place enough, and if we ever had to move back, we would live here again for sure.

The Bridges at Kendall is a well kept luxury rental community. The fact that the complex entrance is hidden off from Kendall Drive and SW 150Ave is nice if your looking for privacy and a quiet neighborhood. The 2/2 is a split model with big bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, open kitchen with (island, stainless steel appliances) to dining and living room very spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom can fit a king size bed has a walking closet and an additional closet. On suite bathroom has a linen closet. The only downside to the community is most cell phone carriers (Metro, Verizon and Sprint) don’t have reception inside of the apartment. Therefore you have to be in the balcony, or parking lot to make and receive calls. Would recommend getting a land line.

This is my 2nd time renting at the Bridges at Kendall and the experience has been outstanding. Beginning with the leasing staff, Jeannette and the other ladies are always professional, attentive, and promptly address any issues or questions that may arise. The place is peaceful and secure. The facilities are kept clean and accessible. The maintenance section addresses any concerns efficiently and quickly. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone that is considering living there.

We moved into our apartment almost a month ago now and so far we have no complains. We love it here! The leasing office is amazing and incredibly helpful and supporting. We worked with Jessica to finalize our lease and she is great! Highly recommend.

The Staff at Bridges At Kendall Place including Maintenance are the very best! The beautiful ladies at the office; Hicela, Jeanette, and Jessica are always going above and beyond to help. Such a great rental community, one of the few places in Kendall that you’ll find that’s well kept, modern, and actually has SPACE. The apartments have high ceilings which make it feel so much bigger. The pool area is modern with cabanas and is great for BBQing. Everything is always well kept from the cleaning crew to the valet trash service. I can’t even begin to say how great the maintenance staff is here… any little thing I need fixed (even changing my light bulbs) they are there the same day I make the request. They even once saw my car had a flat tire and came to help put air in it (they have an air machine and car wash station) and as a woman, I feel safe and well taken care of here. 10/10 recommend living here, it’s been a great couple of years.

Bridges at Kendall place has the best team. They go above and beyond to take care of the residents. I’ve been living here for 4 years and I love it, especially the events/parties for the us.. the residents. I really recommend it...

I lived here for 15 months. The folks at the leasing office are helpful (or, at the very least, tried to help to the extent possible if there were things beyond their control). Jessica, Hicela and Jeanette were all wonderful and always in sync with each other. Gated community...a plus in my books. Decent gym facilities. I lived in a 832 sq ft one bedroom apartment and it was worth the price. Spacious kitchen. I had issues with my washer and dryer. It was eventually replaced. I would have renewed my lease but I had to move to be closer to work. It certainly beats the place I currently live in. It's hard to get good value for money on anything in Miami. Leasing a unit from the Bridges at Kendall Place might be the exception. The only drawback was the high temperatures and high humidity made it nearly impossible to open the windows lest mold/mildew form. That seems to be more of a Florida wide problem but it was exacerbated in Miami. I would recommend this place.

From the looks of it, it seems like I got the run of the house apartment. It is time now to renew my lease and this is not going to be it. Staff and maintenance are the best in the entire world, but it seems like they just want to do the cheapest and fastest thing to move tenants in and out as fast as possible. showers get repainted, chipping on the countertops just get filled with paint so you dont realize, caulking just gets done over, shower heads were literally dirtier than anything in this world and 3 months with plumbing problems that their answer to the plumbing problem was sorry the bathroom at the pool will be left open. i have 3 kids and it seems like they just care about taking the rent. I reached out 3 times to the association and got no response. Amenities are A1, but it seems like corporate doesn't care about changing a tub to rent out a 2700 dollar rent. overall i want to say thank you to jeanette, jessica & both the guys on the maintenance team they were great. but there is a lot of work to be done in some of these apartments.

I’ve been living at Bridges of Kendall Place for the past 8 years and I have no complaints! The community is well kept and the staff is amazing!

One word to describe living here is...easy. From the quick maintenance turnaround times to the accessibility of all the staff, the Bridges makes it convenient to be a resident. They will also go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. No concern is too small and the property manager's open door policy is something that we have not had wile living in other complexes. We have been residents for over four years now and we are as happy as we were when we moved in. It has been a blessing to have a place we can call home and be able to come to after a long day. We have everyone at the Bridges to thank for that and cannot recommend this place enough.

Bridges at Kendall has been the best living experience. Spacious floor plans. Great accommodations and features that come with this community. People are great, friendly and very to themselves. Love it here will definitely renew lease next year.

Wonderful staff and community. Safe, clean, and a great location. All of the neighbors are very friendly. The landscape and green areas are beautifully maintained. The property managers Hicela, Jeannette, and Jessica are very helpful, kind, and responsive. The maintenance workers are knowledgeable and very professional. I just signed my third lease here. I love living here.

The bridges is amazing I love the community!!! Everyone is nice and caring the staff is amazing and always there to help and happy to help. The community is always kept clean and modern. Always cleaning and helpful they go to your apartment whenever u need anything fixed or for anything u might need. The many years i have lived there have been amazing. Strongly recommend!!!

I’ve been a resident at the Bridges at Kendall for 6 years! I just renewed my lease for another year! I love living at this community. The apartments are nice like resort style. The leasing office staff are always fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The maintenance staff is great they always come to fix any problems quickly. The entire community is kept clean and they have family friendly events for the residents. I highly recommend the Bridges at Kendall if you are looking for an apartment to call HOME:))

I have been in Bridges at Kendall Place for many years and it has been a great experience. The management team is great, friendly, supportive, and dedicated to help the residents. The maintenance staff is friendly and resolves the repairs that may be needed fast and efficiently. The apartment are nice, modern, and spacious. The appliances are also modern and in great condition. The floors are tiled and the bedrooms have vinyl and are easy to maintain. The complex is secure and has plenty of parking. There is a very well equipped gym and a very nice pool that are well kept and maintained. Bridges is a great place to call home.

Lived here for four years and enjoyed every moment of it - the staff are courteous, professional and exceptionally responsive, and quickly resolved issues during my time here. The apartments are clean, well-maintained and generally well-equipped. Open parking spots near my unit have been getting harder to find after 8 pm since 2020, but the site has plenty of spots throughout the complex.

My experience at this rental community was disappointing. Although I notified in advance that I would not be renewing the contract due to recurring moisture issues and lack of solutions, I was later informed that I forfeited my deposit because I did not sign the notice in person. Despite multiple issues during my stay, management showed no interest in addressing tenant concerns. I hope my experience serves as a warning to future tenants who may consider moving here.
