Amazing place - lovely in every way! We picked it because we were on a road trip and it was a good stopping point, but we liked it so much that we booked a second night. The tower and surrounding courtyard have so much medieval charm. It's like stepping back in time. We stayed in the bottom cellar of the tower. The temperature was nice and cool despite hot summer weather, and there was an air conditioner if needed. The room was impeccably decorated. It had all the modern amenities but thoughtfully done to maintain the rustic ambience and historic integrity. We loved the brick ceiling as well as the old wood and stone used throughout. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the room without having to get dressed and go to a dining area. It was a perfect, romantic, peaceful stay. There was also lots to see in the surrounding area -- 2 rivers, historic towns, castles, vineyards, etc. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again. We have traveled internationally a lot, and this is 1 of our top 5 accommodation experiences. Very special and memorable!

The hotel is newly renovated with an eye to detail. It has an Airbnb style with breakfast in the room but this provides intimacy and their new restaurant should open in September. We just stayed one night while traveling through Italy but would book it again in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast is also good. Spacious, stylish and clean room. Friendly host. Not to forget good WiFi.
