Came here many many years ago, it’s changed hands many times since. We gave it a try tonight and are very glad we did. Chose the all you can eat menu, the food was excellent and as advertised, it is all you can eat. Reasonably priced with a refillable soft drink and £4 for a very good pint. Attentive and fast service by knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great job 👏 and we will see you again soon.

We choose the “all you can eat” menu, and the food we ordered was very eye pleasing, tasty, piping hot and less greasy. Thou the ala cart menu has more choices compared to the all you can eat menu we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We left with an impression on returning.

If you're thinking of cheating on your regular, don't bother! Placed the order at 17:50, and the food came at 19:52 - eventually, I got fed up of waiting, so attempted to call, nobody answered the phone, calls were diverted. Eventually got through, same old "sorry, we're really busy" - yet still taking orders! Said 50 min delivery, still said 50 mins delivery when I checked! Food came, mostly cold! Clearly been on multiple deliveries on the way! I had kung po chicken, cold, but tasted nice, although very greasy, good couple of mm of oil on the top of the sauce, and the meat was a weird colour due to the sauce. Cooked I'd like to add, just a weird red / purple colour from the sauce. The salt and pepper chicken was cold, chips were just chips with no seasoning, and the salt and pepper chicken looked like the batter that fell off the chicken! The biggest piece, I've pictured against my thumb for scale, and there wasn't much chicken in there, see pic. The soup, was mainly a giant mushroom and tastless! The chicken balls were tiny, and the inner batter still sloppy! We like chicken balls, and get that they're not crisp through, but these were still like a paste / uncooked batter texture. All in all, not a great experience, and one that I won't look to replicate! Disappointing, as a restaurant that can't get basic customer service right (answering the phone), it's safe to say, I won't taking the plunge and stepping through the door. Ill stick to what I know next time. The order was placed online, directly on your website.

Used this for our takeaway for a while, always been very happy with the food. Recommended it to friends. Unfortunately after our takeaway tonight, we will not be ordering again. The beef was like jelly, never seen a cow and the Chinese curry was identical to an Indian korma. Not at all like food we have had from here before. Such a shame

Great place to eat, always good service, fresh food and plenty of it, the all you can eat buffet is served to the table from the menu. Plenty of choice and they will serve it as you like.

Amazing place! Me and my wife have been many times over and have always had the best service, the best quality food and always found this place to be very well priced! All staff are great and always ready to help of needed. We love this place! Top Marks for Furama Palace!

Decent place for all you can eat. It’s a bit difficult as once you stop ordering starters you can’t go back and order more. Honestly, I was happiest with all the starters than the entrees. But that’s just my opinion. Will go back.

We visited here last night for the 1st time. It was FANTASTIC my wife and I chose the all you could eat option and boy did we accept the challenge. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, polite and knowledgeable. The food was totally on point and cooked to order. We will certainly be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

TL;DR Good service, great food at a semi-reasonable price with modern decor. This restaurant is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. The service was great and friendly for the most part. The portions were well sized, even for the all you can eat menu. The all you can eat menu is well priced, though for individual items it is a bit on the higher end (on some items) but still reasonable. The quality of the food was really good and better than expected.

We made our first visit to this fantastic restaurant this week, entertaining an old friend. This must be the best Chinese restaurant in North Staffs? The menu was very well put together and the range of dining options was excellent. And the value for money was unbelievable. We chose the "all you can eat" option and were well rewarded with excellent quality dishes all served very quickly and with a smile. Please note that this is not a traditional Chinese buffet filled with stale (cold!) dishes, but individual cooked items, as much as you want and delivered quickly ... much much better. If you want a good value meal with a wide range of choices across the starters and mains section, including Thai options, do give these lovely folks a try. Very fair drinks prices too, which is not always the case with restaurants? Best to book though as this place is going to rock once we all get back out post pandemic?

Excellent food & service. First visit and we had the buffet which allowed us to pick various dishes from menu, and these were freshly brought out to the table. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was good, with easy parking.

Have not been in but ordered a few times. The food is really nice and the delivery although it says 60 minutes, it always comes faster. So extra points for that.

Been here a few times with no complaints. Tonight the customer service from one server in particular was appalling. A male wearing glasses was very rude when taking our order and seemed very miserable. We all felt very awkward and contemplated staying. The blonde lady however has always delivered great customer service and lived up to that on this occasion also.

We visited for the first time as a half way point on a long drive home. This is most definitely worth a 40 min drive! We had the all you can eat and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot, fresh and delicious food, attentive service and clean environment. We have already said that we will be back and bringing our friends! It was about 25 each for the buffet and unlimited Pepsi.

Food was lovely and quick service was great until final clearing cuttelry slapped on table plates been put on top of one another sliding off all over the place nearly covered 2 of us and went over one of the party's phone food handled and thrown into a bowl on the table. Really let the evening down the table was a mess after moving plates due to waitress didn't really want to sit there and finish our drinks

Ordered some salt and chilli pepper chips. They arrive in a wet and soggy box. Chips all soggy and no flavour. Such a shame as this was my regular for Chinese but won’t be returning. Disgusting and couldn’t eat 🤢

Having lived in a couple of bigger cities, when we moved to Trentham we struggled to find a good takeaway. We were used to high quality and lots of choice. And with Furama Palace that's exactly what we now get. We've been using them since we moved, and the menu is varied and interesting, the food is always fresh, high quality, and extremely well prepared. It's very tasty, and the choice of dishes is great. What really sets it apart for us however is the range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Good tofu is a rare thing at a takeaway and it's always fresh and well cooked. My personal favourite is the dry, crispy salt and pepper tofu, then I pick a separate sauce depending on what I'm in the mood for. Usually the satay — again, fresh, tasty, and rich, not overly sweet. Delivery can take an hour at least, but I'm glad they're busy and popular. Food is always just cooked and hot. The one time delivery was really late they suggested a discount, without us asking or complaining. As I say, I'm glad they're busy, they deserve it, but the discount was a great touch and of course we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Our favourite place to eat. There always a warm welcome and the staff are polite and efficient, nothing is ever a problem. Above all the food is excellent. I cannot recommend it enough 🙏🙏

We tried Furama for the first time tonight for a takeaway. We have used the same Chinese in Bucknall for over 25 years, but it's closed on a Tuesday, and this was a special treat for my mums birthday. The order was done online, was very simple and easy. We collected as arranged, the staff were very nice, they even didn't charge us for the extra portion of sweet and sour sauce we'd forgotten to order in advance. Very nice touch. The inside of the restaurant is very good too and looked clean and inviting with a very well stocked bar. The food smelt delicious too. My mum is quite particular about her Chinese food, and she loved it. We all did. The fried rice was light and not over salty like some can be, and the chicken balls were the best I've had. The noodles were also delicious, light and cooked perfectly. We were very impressed and will definitely order again, the price was also very reasonable too. We also look forward to coming to dine in as well soon. Top job well done.

*update although the food was great again, the curry sauce was like a thick paste it wasn't like this last time, photo attached* I moved here several years ago and had been unable to find a decent one until now. I thought I'd give it a go after hearing only good reviews and everything was spot on. The staff on the phone wss lovely and polite and even the delivery staff. I will only ever order from here when I want a Chinese takeaway now, no where else will compare. I ordered curry, egg fried rice, chips, drink and crackers and came to around £10 with delivery. Due to this being my first time ordering I didn't know how small their small curry pot would be and how large the large would be. Therefore, I ordered the small one and this wasn't enough for the amount of rice and chips ordered. However, that's on me and I will order the large one next time. I'm glad they deliver and take card payment as I know other places require you to pay in cash.

Pros: - Got to use the side room as a small function - Patience for a loud group - Sufficient amount of food to select and some were good. - Spacious Parking Suggestions for improvements: - The service can improve so things are more streamlined. Waiters can be assigned to seperate tables as this one of main confusion with the orders on our visit. This allows for correct orders and better communication with staff. - It would be nice to see staff treated fairly they were all stressed. I did hear the boss/chef treat staff awful “…just shut up and do it…”. Perhaps I misread the situation, however no one laughed at the conversation. I would suggest leadership training, it would go a long way if you want retention of staff and overall satisfactory customer experience.

First time visiting and was impressed with the service and quality of the food. The all you can eat looks confusing but it's basically a buffet served at your table. So you just keep ordering any starters you want and then do the same for mains. Portions are just about right considering you can order as much or as little as you want. Will be going again 😋

Lovely restaurant. We come here every year whilst staying at Trentham gardens. Seemed like it was getting some improvements done so can't wait to visit next year. Food is delicious and so fresh. Nicest Chinese. Staff are always so friendly too.

We visited on Friday and would just like to say we had a great meal! We had the all you can eat buffet and it was amazing food was so nice especially the chicken spring rolls and chicken and Sweetcorn soup so tasty. Staff are fab and it looks great inside. We can't wait to visit again.
