This is My favourite nail salon 💯. The place is clean , their products are authentic and the workers are professional and friendly. The receptionist is very polite and welcoming as well . If you ever want to do your nails , I’ll recommend you go there and my favorite nail technician is Didier. He does a really great job and I love that he always proposes ideas I can do on my nails , since I usually don’t know what design to do. My last nails lasted a whole month that’s how good their nail products and technicians are.

I really had a great experience! The staff were amazing!! From the security guard to the reception to the nail tech!! Hopi did an amazing job on manicure and Josiane on my pedicure!! I was very impressed by the attentiveness of the front counter. The young lady came to ask me what I wanted to drink and brought a bottle of water while I was doing my hands. I then proceeded downstairs for my pedicure and was asked again if I needed something else to drink, 100% great service! Do use the massage chair while doing your pedicure. I didn't know until a few minutes when I was done. It could have been mentioned. I did think a regular polish pedicure for 10,000 FCFA was a bit much and 20,000 FCFA for a filling. I like to try different places when I travel and that's what I did.

I came here for a hair texturiser. The staff were very professional. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. I was seen though I arrived about 30mins late due to the heavy rains. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea which was most appreciated. The staff were fastidious and the environment was very clean and serene. Highly recommend and would use them again. Worth every Franc CFA.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Institute de Beauté! I got a pedicure and a wax and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had the best time. My son (1 year) had to sit with me for most of my pedicure and my esthetician was so patient. My wax was fast and thorough. I will definitely be returning for all my beauty needs!

Mme Ngonga the manager is excellent at her work and Linda is the best for waxing, especially first-time waxers. Sylvie did an excellent job with the facial and I am so glad I found this place.
