Negatives 1) Rooms were provided on 3rd floor and lift wasn't working for the most of the time. 2) Door locks sensors were not working and had to wait for the staff to get key every time to get into room. 3) AC was not working for the most of the time and it automatically turns off very often. 4) Parking space can accommodate only around 3 to 4 cars right in front of the entrance. Positives 1) Hotel location is nearer to most of the Hotspot places. 2) Cleanliness.

The rooms are descent however they don't provide as worthy rooms compare to pricing. There food is poor and mostly the reception person in the morning is very rude and aggressive. (Don't inquire about ramoji film city tickets from them or else they will force you to buy from them or else you can't leave the hotel without arguing the receptionist person) Overall poor services in hotel arastu, better visit Arastu In, it's just 500meters from this hotel but the staff is good there..

We booked three deluxe rooms through agoda app. They allocated a room for one couple who had kid in our group which had severe cigarette smell. They didn’t even care to check before allocating the room to them. Water glasses had alcohol smell, but the hotel policy says - “NO SMOKING/ALCOHOL” Breakfast was not provided properly as per our request. We requested one thing and they served something else. Lift wasn’t working during our visit, hence they allocated rooms on the first floor, which were not upto the mark. Overall, it was a worst experience.

Though in prime location, rente is very high, equipped with lockers but comode not connected to water pipe Very disgusting, we used bucket in toilet , comode not working. Room is Also small in size

Hotel provides great accommodation within provided budget of individuals, upon request they even consider providing additional discounts. Very friendly staff and property manager, professionally not even a tiny issue. Just that the rooms are a tat bit congested, otherwise all good!

Dust particle in the room which cause cough , not well ventilated room even aur conditioning not working properly, washroom is too dirty with no proper water drain at bathroom.

Hi folks, Trust me i really had a comfortable experience with this Hotel.. Location wise - near to nampally railway station, centre of the Hyderabad hot city.. near places are - Abids, Charminar, Famous and other city centre... Hotel Reviews - Mr.Ali and Mr.Fazal there kindness is really down to earth.. They suggest shopping places based on our interest and it's really worth. 100% I recommend to use there hospitality.. Do remember the services are descent as per the tariff you choice. Fyi... We have choosen standard tariff and we are very satisfied.

I didn't get the chance to click pictures of this most beautiful hotel. It's no less than any hotel that provides the best in class service to their customers. Price, Yes it's on the affordable side and the service is also way beyond your expectations. I loved the ambience.

Overall won't recommend 1. Small room 2. Our room key was not working, needed to call reception everytime when we have to open room 3. Bathroom lock damaged and not able to open once locked.. needed help from waiter to open multiple times 4. Flush not working 5. Bad breakfast 6. No parking, no amenities

Outside it's Very Noisy, rooms are small , although clean and tidy as branded by Treebo but cleanliness can be improved.Location of hotel is good in a way, one can get auto quickly,nearby to Hyd Deccan railway station . They don't have inhouse restaurant.

Hotel arastu is best place in Hyderabad only I just one suggestion giving them that please start the fooding facilities....otherwise all are services good.

We came for a function and were waiting for a friend; one of our friends wanted to use the washroom. Though we requested the people in the reception, they disagreed. Ask to use the washroom just to pee is a basic necessity. The staff is so insensitive that they did not allow it.

Clean and affordable rooms at the city center location. Tourist attraction are nearby to check out. Only drawback, breakfast is a limited portion with repeated menu, also it served to rooms.

I went there at dec for 3 days staying at Deluxe room 3 bed .Bathroom so small & was not cleaned when we checked in .Though it's was informed to reception and took action promptly and cleaned by housekeeping .other wise behavior / service was so nice .breakfast was not so sufficient for 3 persons please take care infuture .food quality was good of below restaurant. Lift switch was not working many of the times .Also suggest you before check in room any person management should check the room .we enjoyed all the days they are cooperate all the times .Nice wish you all the best 👍

I stayed at the Hotel Arastu in Nampally, Hyderabad for a family trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff (Saleem and Fazal Bhai) are very helpful and interactive. They even helped me in booking for Ramoji Studio Tour and Cab for sight seeing. The hotel was quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend everyone as well.

Stayed at this hotel with my gf . They woke me up in the middle of the ngt . Police came and questioned me . No proper management which can handle this kind of stuff . If you are a couple and looking to stay here ,I would suggest not a safe place to stay .

Decent 2 star property, staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and decent. Good for business visits if you have work there or nearby areas. There is a non veg restaurant just next to the hotel and a pure veg restaurant just 10 meters away. The average room cost is between 1600 to 2500 per night.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are good for the price offered. But the bathrooms are not in a good condition and are not hygienic. There was someone's solid cough in the basin. The door latch was broken. And the exhauster was not working

Very expensive for an average hotel. I do not recommend this place as the people are more about making money. Air conditioners were not working and had to shift rooms.

A small hotel located in muslim dominated area. We were in group and though we had advance booked, some rooms allocated were "known not good" category with some glitches. No in house dining and pre ordered breakfast was served from a muslim south Indian snacks restaurant. No liquor. Food from outside.

The rooms are not good. Mattresses are very old and service and breakfast are also not good. And people don't have a positive attitude to improve things. Hotel is running just because of the location.

Best budget hotel stays near Hyderabad and Nampally. Rooms are neat and clean. Service attendants are polite and help you whenever you need service. Manager at desk when we stayed there was Mr Salim Bhai who is very polite and guides you correctly for your stay in Hyderabad. They have restuarant beside their hotel. Food was not as per hotel's standard but you have always options of ordering or eating outside.

Room size is small, AC also not functioning good. They have restaurants at the ground floor, still they provide plate breakfast to the room. Needs to be improved

3 stars for good ambience & service by manager ( forget his name probably Faiz Or something ) ... Kindly provide little soap & toothpaste in the washrooms as it doesn't cost more than 20 rupees but will be very helpful for visitors.

Pros: *Rooms are clean *Washroom was clean *Person was friendly Cons: *It's near road that remains always with vehicles. For me it was unexpected that throughout the night vehicles run through it. Causing a small noise pollution. I was able to sleep though. *No meals in restaurant menu. An adjacent veg hotel was available so did not cause a problem. Overall i recommend stay here. Nice

The hotel is located around 600m away from Nampally Metro Station. The rooms are decent and clean. The staff are very friendly and offered very good service. They are very friendly and helps the customers a lot. Without even informing prior, they offered early check-in (chargeable) which usually hotels do not accept at the last moment. The bathrooms are neat and tidy. Only issue I faced was to get hot water in the shower during morning hours. They also offer a decent breakfast. I would say that this place is ideal for people who are coming to Hyderabad for few days of work.

If you are going to this hotel directly without any prior online booking. Please note , it's gonna be the worst experience ever!!!! The management is very very rude. Especially the cashier there. They will collect the money in advance and provide you rooms with dust and used rooms. NO phone provided for calling for the reception. I got used blankets and there was no cloth holder at all. Construction noise causes you severe headache. If you find your 2.5k immaterial, pls go. Please reconsider your decision for god's sake. Got charged 2.5k for an AC ROOM. WORST THAN A HELL OF EXPERIENCE.

There is a lot to talk about this place. The location of this place sucks. If you are okay with constant honking from 6 AM To 1 AM, then you can live thru this place. Some rooms are pathetic. Some rooms are liveable. So it's a gamble for the price. The front desk is really helpful, but the hotel doesn't live up to it. Water from shower goes in all directions. Thankfully there is water pressure. I had the toilet bowl stuck at some point and was not a good. Good is below average with no options. May be this is all what you deserve for the price.

As expected stay was very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is well trained and very cooperative.. My experience was so good .. I really love to stay in this hotel and the location and view are also beautiful and good ..
