Very good experience. The staff, though not super friendly, are quite cooperative and competent. They are customer focused and usually complete the request without too much delay or requiring a second visit. They give proper guidance without getting entangled into bureaucracy. The facility itself is quite neat and clean and fully air-conditioned. There is plenty of parking space for two wheelers and decent amount of parking on the road itself for four wheelers. I've been there twice, both for requests for policies issued by other offices, both were attended to within 20 minutes. Overall a very good experience.

The information online shows the office is open on Saturday but on visiting I was informed that it is closed on all Saturdays. Wasted my time and effort.

Though I had received a mail from LIC Head office to hand over my life Certificate to local office, I was very skeptical of doing it since I felt that being a govt undertaking, may have to wait for a long time to complete the activity of acknowledging the receipt of life certificate. My doubts were wrong when I could walk out of the office very quickly after completing the work. They definitely deserve appreciation and support

A very good place with all covid 19 precaution checks and mask mandatory for all the customers visiting the place. The staff are very polite and friendly. Ready to help the needy customers facing any problems. Very neatly maintained and hygienic environment. Ample parking space for all vehicles. Very easily accessible by all modes of transport and noticeable in the heavy traffic also.

Govt office little bit patience to complete works

Extremely poor service with no respect for time and people. Customers are made to wait for hours before any work is started. Reception/Enquiry desk is only for show purposes no actual help or information provided. The staff look at you as if you are a hindrance to them ! Approach your customers ask them for their reason to visit that should help you be in business.. proactive approach is necessary in service and not only in sales.
