My mother brought me here on my recent trip home, the food is on the higher end so you would expect it to be spot on. My mum ordered a sirloin she was given a rump that was very tough and she couldn't eat (i managed it but still disappointing for her 😅). My sirloin was supposed to be rare but it was medium-well which was disappointing. The peppercorn sauce was fruity which i wasnt expecting but it was actually really nice! Eton mess was a large serving mainly cream but i enjoyed it. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. (Why didn't i send the food back, mother wouldn't let me, she doesn't like to make a fuss)

I have been there twice. The food is nice, but the portions were too large (which may lead to food waste)

Very friendly staff, great location, plenty of parking - free after 6pm.

Great food and friendly atmosphere. It's right on the marina so you've got good views as well. Although you can use an app to get your drinks, (didn't try using it though) we had to go to the bar to order food.

Never a bad meal, great service and just good atmosphere all around! Always come for a family meal and tonight we went for my mum's birthday. Portion sizes are very generous, staff are very friendly - even though they must be rushed off their feet most of the time, nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work, it's much appreciated 😊👍

We're regulars here and it always consistently good, on the VERY rare occasion when it goes wrong , they put it right immediately with genuine friendliness. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out, so book a table and get yourself there, enjoy it and you can also tell everyone that they will enjoy it. The staff are generous with their attention and makes sure you are well looked after, who ever runs this restaurant does a very good job, not one member of the team is a weak link. Enjoyed a mouth watering meal with family and friends. Will definitely come back for more some other time we visit. Kids friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We called in by chance. We both ordered the hake in dill butter with colcannan. Omg this was heaven on a plate. £20 was very good value. We ordered the beetroot and goats cheese salad to share. It was off the scale amazing. We actually took half of it back to our room. My husband had 2 pints of pulled Guinness. He was very happy with them. However was let down with the tea and desert. My husbands tea never arrived, but was charged for it. I had 3 scoops off ice cream. This was not my understanding of ice cream. It had ice crystals in it and became very watery within minutes. My husband had cheesecake which he enjoyed but it came with a scope of ice cream that again melted.

Went for a family members 40th birthday. The food was a very good standard for the island, I had a "cluck, moo & oink" burger I think it was called, which was pretty good, but a tad dry. Sadly the service let the place down a little, it wasn't massively busy and it took forever to get ant drinks when ordered. We also asked for a birthday cake to brought out, but this took multiple requests and about half an hour. I would visit again, hopefully it was just an 'off night ' for the staff.

Staff were nice, friendly and professional. Inside was clean and very presentable. But, inside is Noisy music and hugeTV screens everywhere. Menu looked OK, but we decided not to stay and eat there.l, as it was just too noisy. OK if you were out with your mates for a few pints and a burger. Not so good for a quiet meal with your partner or friends. Outside dining available, but then you have the seagulls to contend with.

It’s food. Definitely edible. If you just want to get some food before you hit the bars, this is perfectly placed to start your night out. The food is food. The service is poor. The restaurant is loud and packed most of the peak times. If you go when it’s quiet, it’s a lot calmer but the service is still poor and the food is still mediocre.

We had a great experience here on holiday, so good that we attended twice. The food is excellent, children’s menu brilliant and the service we received was good. It’s a lively place with welcoming staff, some of the younger staff seemed a little disinterested at times but all still helpful. The only issue for me was on the Tuesday night we went with our children because they had an offer that kids eat free. The TV was playing Ultimate Fighting and it was pretty gruesome and not suitable at all. Apart from this a brilliant place to eat and we will be back.

Great menu, delicious food, really excellent service. Plates to share were a bonus. Wide selection of side orders and soft drinks were a bonus. We all enjoyed the desserts too.

Firstly, I don't usually write reviews (life is too busy) but on this occasion I'll make an exception. Just had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Took my elderly mom, aunt and 2 babies for a meal tonight, managed to get seated in the small side room. everything was going fine, ordered our food and the staff were great. Then, for some reason the staff thought it would be a good idea to seat the loudest, most drunk and frankly rough looking group of 8 people alongside our family gathering just as we began eating. Let's just say the meal was a disaster, the babies began crying, my mother was literally covering her ears and we couldn't enjoy the meal. We hurried our food and left as soon as we could. We complained to the staff, and they said we should have asked to be moved. Couldnt believe  my Ears! We had already started our meal, so how could we move. We are paying customers, it is not our responsibility to move or ask other customers to be considerate. They should not have been allowed in the restaurant in that state,  or even placed beside a family. At no point did any of the staff think this might be a problem (I actually felt sorry for the staff having to serve them) Anyway, never got offered a discount. Just got a " were very sorry", here's the bill. £90 wasted - shame as the food was nice. Ambience 1/10 Rant over

Great place to eat out! Not too expensive, with beautiful view on the Marina. I can definitely recommend share platter. So much to eat for £30! Also very nice friendly staff! Deserve 10 🌟

The food was cooked to our liking with generous serves, reasonably priced. Parking was readily available and the atmosphere inside the venue was vibrant in the main, with semi-secluded areas able to cater for parties of 6 to 20 people.

A very poor “ gourmet” hamburger !! With milkshake £18 !!! Should have gone to macdonalds !!! Went into an almost empty restaurant to be kept waiting while the waitress decided where I may sit !!!! Service v poor !! And food was a disaster ! Ordered a gourmet hamburger. And had to ask for some garnish ! I was given in small piece of lettuce !! The burger was Luke warm but on a hot plate !!! So dried up , I could barely eat it ! Take a look at photo !! Never again …..

Always great food. Can get noisey if it gets busy, but it has a nice atmosphere. Child friendly with a kids menu and ice cream machines which are popular. Friendly staff that always seem happy to be there.

Excellent food and cocktails, had steak fajitas, never seen so much on the hot plate for wraps, came with 5 small wraps

IPads for the kids! Great service, on top of great quality food. Portions are well sized, even had leftovers to enjoy after. And all the staff go beyond, making you feel appreciated and very welcome there. A warm atmosphere and plenty windows to immerse yourself in the coastal experience without the weather battering you down.
