called
this
salon
looking
for
a
coloring
service.
I’m
not
sure
who
I
spoke
with,
but
a
woman
answered
the
phone
and
really
wasn’t
too
helpful.
I
was
told
by
the
woman
who
answered
the
phone
that
all
of
her
stylists
have
different
prices
listed
for
different
hair
colorings
ect.
And
that
she
would
send
pictures
to
my
cellphone
of
the
different
coloring
services
they
offer
and
that
I
need
to
look
at
the
pictures
to
determine
what
stylists
needs
to
do
my
hair.
After
all
that,
she
told
me
she
was
in
the
middle
of
a
partial
and
when
she
finishes,
she
would
send
me
pictures
and
go
from
there.
(I
completely
felt
as
if
I
wasn’t
important
enough
for
her
to
take
a
minute
or
two
to
even
recommend
me
to
anyone.)
I
called
them
around
11:30ish
and
waited
all
day
and
never
heard
anything
back.
I
see
that
this
salon
has
outstanding
reviews,
and
I
really
wanted
to
give
them
a
try.
But
all
of
this
has
really
put
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
I’m
HUGE
on
customer
service,
when
I
come
across
a
business
who
is
very
unprofessional
and
not
helpful
and
forget
to
reach
out
to
a
client,
really
looks
bad.
Also
I
never
heard
of
a
salon
sending
pictures
to
someones
phone,
that
was
already
odd!
I
gave
them
3
stars
because
I
felt
like
I
truly
would
have
loved
this
place
and
felt
like
I
would
have
been
very
happy
with
the
results,
based
on
the
previous
reviews.
But
I
did
not
like
the
customer
service
that
was
given
to
me.
I’m
not
here
to
steer
anyone
away
from
this
salon.
This
was
my
experience,
your
experience
may
be
better.
