Even though it said 0900~, it wasn't working. I waited 30 minutes. There is a phone number listed, but I can't speak Chinese, so I gave up. It was open in the evening, so I made a reservation for tomorrow and rented it for 300 yuan and promised to visit at 0900. When I arrived the next morning at the agreed time, the lights were on, but the door was locked. I had no choice but to call and he came out from the back. If you are there, go to the store properly, I told you the time. A different person than yesterday answered the call and asked where we were going, so I said Sun Moon Lake and he said it would be 400 yuan. When I protested that I said 300 yuan yesterday, he yelled and said that it was far away. I didn't really feel like borrowing money, so I said, "No thanks," but he kept yelling at me. That's not the attitude of someone working in the service industry! Today is another bus trip.

I made an appointment with the store to pick up the car at 17:30, but the bus was delayed by 40 minutes. I quickly informed the store that I would arrive late. Finally, I arrived to pick up the car around 7:00, but there was no one there! Call the boss and let us pick up the car directly! ! ! We will settle the payment when we return the car. Aren’t the bosses afraid that we will sell the car? The store was very helpful when making the reservation and the price was very cheap. I will rent it to you when I come to Taichung in the future.

The only good scooter rental service for foreigners. All the others nearby are overpriced or make up excuses to not rent out to foreigners even with a valid international licence. I have 9+ years of experience driving scooter including 3+ months in Taiwan, Taichung is the only city I got rejected 4+ times by different shops before I found this very good scooter rental agency. Their english is not the best but their service is 5 stars plus it is a good oppertunity to improve your mandarin. :-)

I'm a traveller from Singapore and first time in Taiwan, I have a valid Motorcycle License, but without an International License. The boss was still able to rent me a scooter. Wonderful scooter.

The owner is often not in the store. The price is very affordable and the car is easy to ride. I will continue to rent this hotel next time.

Rented the yamaha scootor on 21st Jan. Good service and value for money. Rented the 350 per day model, showed international licence and you get the bike in 10mins. No deposit, no need passport or credit card. Returning is smooth. I spoke chinese so not sure if they can understand other languages. Recommend for foreigner
