Happen to dash in on a Sunday wanting a trim and felt like I had gone to a SPA!!! Stylist named Maddie treated me like I was her only customer for the day. She was really patient and asked my opinion several times. This is the first time I have ever been treated like that. Usually at others places you tell them you want a haircut and hope the stylist isn't having a bad day. Also got my hair shampooed before the cut and she gave me a scalp massage that made me wish I had long hair so I could go back once a week just for an inch trim to get that!!!!! I am going back just for a conditioning treatment soon. This is definitely my new go to place. Will probably go just for a scalp massage after shopping at Wal-Mart just to relieve the stress from that!

I am an hour away and never had my hair cut at Smartstyle before. Stoppped to get hair products and asked if I could get a much needed haircut. The stylist was Ashley. I told her how I needed it cut. She gave me an awesome cut, exactly what I asked for. 5 stars to her!

The staff are really kind, respectful, and understanding. They did a really good job and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Totally worth the price, it's not even that expensive depending on what you get! Ashley did very well with my hair and made sure it was the best she could do. Jamie was working on my sister and kept us both entertained and was very kind! She did a fantastic job on my sister's hair and gave us the best shampoo and conditioner for our hair individually!

I stopped in unexpectedly to get a cut and color. They were really busy and did not hesitate to get me in right away. Jamie started working on my hair and unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency, but Paula stepped in and finished my color and cut. I love how the whole crew steps in and works together as a team as needed. Chloe helped get more color and Ricky helped Paula get product ready for my hair while she was washing color out. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! My hair looks amazing! I will definitely be going back!

I thoroughly enjoy going in and getting to visit with Paula while she cuts or colors my hair. And yes the scalp massage while she is washing my hair is AMAZING. I keep joking that I am coming back every day to get another one.

Excellent group of fun loving talented stylist. Call ahead for an appointment. This place can get busy. Great place to buy professional hair products without having to go to the big city.
