This Starbucks is beautiful inside. I love the rich brown tones. It seems larger than most Starbucks stores. I arrived near closing time to use points expiring today. They made a great sugar-free vanilla latte.

Orderd a grade ice coffee with extra creamer and two pumps of sugar cookie syrup . When they handed me a venti didn’t have enough creamer. I told the barista I ordered a grande and that’s not what I orders she said I paid for a venti . Sooo disappointing.

This Starbucks is so big AND cozy! Staff is always so accommodating. Pickup orders always ready. Drinks always as ordered. And very clean. Only one complaint…the music. I would like to hear more coffee house, relaxing tunes. Definitely not a relaxing mood with music that is played. Some people come to sit and soak up the ambiance of relaxation and a good cup of but the music…otherwise, wonderful addition to Dover if you’re just picking up.

Service was great. The restaurant was very clean. Drinks and food are as expected at all Starbucks.

Here for a meeting, and the manager brought around some free samples to everyone sitting in the lobby. Very clean and nice team behind the counter.

Downgraded my 3 stars to 2. Was at this location 3 times. First visit was good except I ordered a large coffee and got a small. 2nd time okay but coffee lid wasn't on tight, 3rd time my hot Americano was barely warm and was really watered down. Lots of competition in the area....guess I'm sticking with The Hive. Their Americanos are great.

The staff are very friendly and my order is always made correctly .

They ask you for a tip at the drive thru at this location. They have a tip jar but thats not enough they actually shove a tablet in your face and ask you for a tip. At the drive through. So your 5$ coffee is now 7$. Sorry thats awkward for me so I wont be back.
