I just had the pleasure of having Kandi tattoo my eyebrows! I have wanted this done for years! She made me feel completely at ease. She is soft handed and it didn’t even hurt a fraction of how I was expecting it too.

I had an appointment with Hope at The Vault for a new lash set, and she took such good care of me! We had great conversation, shared some laughs, i was never made to feel stupid for knowing NOTHING about lashes!!!! She gave me the most BEAUTIFUL rainbow set. 🌈 and set me uo with tips, tricks, and knowledge for caring for my new set! I will 10000000% be coming back and telling everyone about the great gals here❤️❤️❤️

I’m in year two of my PMU journey and everyday it is more apparent that the foundations that I learned in my apprenticeship with Saville and Brie were a luxury in this business. Not only did I learn how to tattoo but they taught me valuable lessons to help me be successful. From how to make my clients feel comfortable and trust me all the way to the best available tools/products. And the more I want to build my own business, they are still offering support. The apprenticeship program was one of the best things I ever did. Highly recommend the vault for training. I drove over an hour for my training and it was worth it.

This was my first time with The Vault and I am super impressed! I've been looking for a good shop for my tattoos and I really think I found the one! Not only was the owner and the artists at The Vault very compassionate and kind, they were super welcoming and helped me with exactly where I wanted my tattoo/sizing/ etc. They even worked me in on my birthday! Taylor did a great job on my tattoo and even talked to me about a plan to cover up a bad tattoo I got and incorperate that into a sleeve. Saville was so on point with responding to any concerns I had. I've been burned before with other tattoo artists and shops, so I'm always hesitant, but I think I found my place! I really recommend this place and I've even considered going here to get my brows done. 10/10 🤍🤍🤍🤍! This was the day after and I was pretty puffy, but i think it looks awesome!

I had my eyeliner done and I LOVE it! If I could go back in time and do it sooner I would. Saville and her crew are very professional and the establishment was very clean. 5 stars all day long!
