1st off I love the meatball sandwiches here and I have never had an issue until today. I will also say it's not the food I had an issue with. It was the staff. I have gone to this establishment for over 15 years now and I have family members that have grown up eating capris as children. But today....was absolutely ridiculous. There was a different lady behind the counter than usual and she was less than pleasant to deal with. I was given the wrong drink which is fine. But, when I kindly let her know I asked for something else, she looked at me as if I changed my entire order, grabbed the drink hastily and then gave me an attitude while she proceeded to abruptly grab the next customers money out of her hands very rudely after she just spent about $30 on food. Not only that, but she also treated that customer and the one behind her like garbage as well. We are all paying customers, have some respect for those that pay your bills. I know I am just one person but if I ever see this person working behind the counter, I will turn around and get back in my car. I don't care how good the food is, be respectful. Word spreads very quickly in the small towns and having several people waiting in line witnessing this atrocious behavior is not good for business.

Okay, so I've lived in this general vicinity all my life, so far. My opinion is biased because I've grown up knowing of this infamous place. I Love anything/everything Italian! Their Meatball sandwiches are loved by possibly almost everyone in the Ohio Valley. Great value!, Speedy service & Very delicious! My next item on the Menu is going to be the Sausage sandwiches. Look, if you're looking for something New/Different to eat, have for lunch or dinner, this is a place you should definitely try/put on your list! So in regards, Thank you Capri's for being around as long as you have! I Will continue to support your business many more years to come!

This place is AMAZING. Any place that can stay in business selling pretty much only meatballs, has got to be making a pretty good meatball. There was a steady stream of people in and out while I was here. Do yourself a favor and go here and try a meatball sandwich.

Mandy does a wonderful job. I order the same thing every time and she knows my order and gets me out of there. Store is very clean as well eat there at least 2 times per week.

Nice hidden local gem. Very home style. Unique sausages and HUGE Meatballs. Good hot sausage. Ask for breads on the side. Good for lunch or take home to dinner. Cash only, take out only.

First time here. Go in get a meatball or sausage sandwich and out the door you go. Loved it. Will be back next time I am in the area.

When I lived in Steubenville would stop there numerous times a month, great sandwiches! Now live in Myrtle Beach and wish they had one down here. Angelo's restaurant down here should open one since they were part ownership of the one in steubenville.

Husband got 2 sandwiches here which I could have made at home easily ,basic hamburger bun,cash only,and nothing for anyone that needs a mild dish ,sausage wasnt the type you would think ,more like a flat breakfast sausage meatball wasnt any better ,he was disappointed I'm glad I went with McDonald's and he wished he had .

I love hot sausage sandwiches. This place is the best for sausage and meatball sandwiches. An I can't believe how affordable they are. The staff were professional and polite. Even made me laugh. I enjoyed this visit.

Best meatballs I’ve had in long time compared to moms. Have to get enough to freeze for later and the sauce goes great with them.

In the past it was great but now they serve your sandwich on new rolls which are smaller and they end up being liquid soaked easier. Nice and mushy if that's how you like your sandwich but I prefer a fresh and dry roll. I won't be returning and if I owned this place I would consider bringing your prices down as well because almost $6.00 for those little sandwiches is a bit ridiculous. Someone here made some bad business choices for sure.

This truly is a hidden gem. I have driven past this place for years and finally decided to stop in. I got the meat lovers (which is your choice of mild or spicy Italian sausage) and meatball. You can also get cheese on it like I did. It was amazing!! Highly recommend it!!

We drove in almost two hours to get there sausage sandwiches. The ladies where wonderful here they fixed my sausage in a container so it would make it back home from my trip. Great job ladies.
