Ever want a Saturday breakfast and don’t wanna cook it! Well Terri’s cafe was it for me this Saturday. The customer service was amazing. I was able to order online and pay in store. It does sit in the back of a business park area but worth it. The owner called and gave me directions herself how about that. I had a pancake platter. 3 pancakes, 2 eggs made to order and 3 slices of Turkey bacon. How about all this food for $8 buck and change. I did add a tip but it’s been a while since I was able to grab a breakfast plate for less than $10 bucks. The owner threw in a chocolate chip cookie that was soft and fresh how nice! Check them out!

I’ve been coming to this spot for the last four years, and I’m incredibly proud to say that the quality of customer service hasn’t changed a bit. They still give off southern hospitality. Family-friendly and, in my opinion, one of the best cafes in Owings Mills. HARD-working family, that deserves praise for their customer service. Not only do they provide you with good tasting food, but you'll get fat with some of the best cookies. Thank you for all you’ve done for me, our organization, and Steveson University.

I could cry at how much I love this place. The owners are so caring, considerate, warm and engaging. They have no issues making recommendations and jumping in to help their staff. Plus the conversations are lovely. The food is phenomenal! The tropical bowls and French toast are the best I've ever had. And the cookies are warm and to die for. You will definitely leave satisfied 😍

From the time you walk in you can feel the love in this place. The staff are all so sweet! Such a delightful place to have lunch. I took mine outside and it's so peaceful and beautiful out here. Food is served hot, freshly made and delicious! Would definitely come back.

Hidden gem! Dropped our son at football camp and needed some breakfast after our long drive. When we pulled up I wasn't sure but I am so glad we ate here. We are from NJ and spoiled by quality diners. The owners made us feel at home with a welcoming atmosphere and fresh baked cookies. I had a delicious California Omelet, gluten free with breakfast potatoes! My husband LOVED the cookies even buying some for the road. The owners were wonderful and so kind even running water out to us for our long drive home. If you live or visit this area you have to stop at Terri's Cafe!!!

We hired Terri’s for catering for a work event. They delivered on time, were excellent in communication and the food was great! They included complimentary cookies. Highly recommended!

Kind of a hidden gem type of place. Really nice and welcoming atmosphere with oldie songs playing in the background. Good coffee. The customer service is really good, the lady that take the orders is so sweet, she gave us sweet homemade milk cookies to try and they're sooo delicious! It was the best match to a hot cup of coffee, i really love it!

The food was delicious and thanks to the owners wife for those amazing cookies. I ate them on the way home. I'll definitely be back!

The people were great. They even gave me a free cookie. which was also great. The bacon egg and cheese I ordered was middle of the road at best. I was a little upset about being charged a dollar for cheese and barely had any on the sandwich. The potatoes were okay except the last bite tasted like maybe the potato hadn’t been scrubbed all the way. At least you know they’re fresh. It just wasn’t worth $10 and some change for a very mid breakfast sandwich that was skimpy on the bacon. The people were SO nice that I didn’t want to write this, but I only went because of the shining reviews. So I thought I’d bring some realism for the people like me that just want a reasonably priced, satisfying breakfast.

I had a fantastic experience at Terri’s Cafe today as a first time guest. The food was amazing and the owners were so kind and pleasant. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious and we loved that the included ample condiments for our meals. Also, When I mentioned to them that I had trouble with their website, they immediately got on the phone with their IT team to troubleshoot the issue. Nothing like your concerns validated and taken seriously. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

I stopped by Terri's for the first time last week after stumbling across it online. My office recently moved to the area and I am thrilled to have found this gem. Great quality food and even better customer service. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by the owners. They offered me a complimentary drink and threw in freshly made delicious M&M cookies to my order. The Italian sub was excellent and my colleagues wrap was also a hit. The homemade kettle chips are also a winner, light, crisp and not overly greasy. I will surely be back many times to support this well-run and caring establishment which is a rarity these days! This was my first visit. I was craving pancakes, and Terri's Cafe did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy, the scrambled eggs were just right and the sausage was very tasty. Terri was very sweet and welcoming. I'm already looking forward to trying some of the other menu items. Looks like I have a new local option for breakfast and lunch!😊

The atmosphere and staff at this restaurant are amazing! I ordered the steak bowl and it was delicious, one of the best things I've ever tasted. This place is a hidden gem and I'll definitely be back!

My wife and I just ate at Teri’s Cafe. She had a bacon and egg bagel sandwich and I had a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. We both had the home fried potatoes. The food was excellent!! A gentlemen whom we assumed was Teri greeted us at the door on this snowy day. He showed my wife and I great hospitality. Teri, also included four delicious complimentary chocolate chip cookies. We highly recommend Teri’s Cafe.

I love this cafe! Every single time I have been to this establishment I have received the same level of professionalism, great costumer service, Delicious food, and cleanliness. Always the same level of professionalism over the phone. 5/5 in all areas. I typically get the same sandwich which is Terri's panini it comes with a side and sometimes daily specials. This cafe has great quality fresh food made to order at a great price. My food is always fresh and hot. And love the fresh baked cookies.

This ma and pop shop is everything. Terri and her husband and staff provides outstanding customer service. They never want to disappoint a customer. The biggest thing they treat everyone like family. Food is outstanding along with the cookies. Great place to have conversations and enjoy your food and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. A GO TO PLACE!

My friends and I found out about this wonderful cafe late last year. We have been back many times. The food is wonderful and the cookies are amazing! Terri and her husband and the staff are so friendly. It is such a special place and we're so glad that we found it. We plan on going back often!

I was totally impressed by the warm customer service & mouthwatering delicious food!!! I ordered the French toast platter made with freshly sliced thick french bread (4 slices) 2 eggs and 3 thick sliced perfectly fried bacon. When I arrived Terri gave me a hug🙂 and introduced me to her husband like I was family, and it was my very first visit!!!!❤️ There was even 2 surprise special treats in my bag, 2 of the softest slightly crispy buttery melt in your mouth cookies, cookies and cream and toffee..... You can easily eat a whole pan of either one!!!! Please do yourself a favor, get the Terri's Cafe as soon as possible!!!!! Thanks again to Teri for such a great experience ❤️

Super fresh, incredibly delicious! Best kept secret! We ordered the chicken Slovaki w/fries and today's special (chicken salad w/ avocado & chips) -- everything was made quick, even the chips! Highly recommend, we will definitely make the trip to come back again. Our sandwiches were so good we ordered extra bowls to take home to eat for dinner! Had a fantastic time here for a first visit. The customer service was phenomenal. Food is great as well. Unique dish they had was their French toast being made with a French baguette. It was soft and crunchy if that makes sense. Ordered the mojito bowl and it didn't disappoint. The green sauce that comes with this dish is fresh and delicious. Will be coming back.

This will be My boyfriend and I new place for weekend brunch! The staff was amazing! We got to meet Terri and her husband. I have never had this much great hospitality from a restaurant before. The place was clean, organized, and everyone was friendly. I recommend everyone to give them a try! 💕

Came in with my 3 boys on an early morning Thursday. Greeted with a big smile upon entry. The people working here are so courteous and friendly. Food was great and $40 worth of a good amount of food was def. affordable!

You don't ordinarily go to an office park sandwich shop for quality food and atmosphere. Usually it's a practical place where you can get a bite to eat because there isn't much else around. This is what's so shocking about Terri's Cafe - it's a complete gem of a place where the food and service are top notch. The owners and staff make you feel like family and the food itself is packed with flavor in just the right proportions. I couldn't have been happier I found this little tucked away gem and will go back whenever I'm in the area or need catering. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Terri's Café. Both Minalis and Terri are a pleasure to interact with. They are always engaging their customers which is rare these days. The cooks are amazing too (their son William & the other cook in the back) The food is always fresh and carefully prepared. My favorite is the Greek Salad with chicken with their homemade dressing that should be bottled and sold on store shelves. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality!!

I used to work in this business park years ago. At that time, I was a frequent customer. Today, I decided to revisit Terri's Cafe. It is under new ownership, but they are just as sweet as the former owners. I ordered the build your own cheesesteak to go. The sub was @ 8". It was clean (not greasy) which I loved. It came with a nice size portion of crinkle cut fries. It definitely hit the spot.

This place is amazing. I've never had anything less than excellent from the food to all the amazing staff members. I hope they stay in business for a very long time. Definitely one of the best establishments in the Owings Mills area. Please don't ever change!

We used Terri's Cafe to cater a work party (for the second time) The food is very fresh, and everything was homemade. They worked on the menu with us to cover specific dietary needs of the staff. Delivery and set up were on time and seamless. Employees remarked how wonderful the food was. Successful party thanks to Terri's!
