    GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. This is by far the worst DULY urgent care center. I would give them a negative star if I could. My 3 year old had to wait over an hour and a half while heā€™s puking his guts out in the waiting area, and 6 adult patients who got there after us, were seen before us. When we asked why they were seen before us, the person in front said because the doctor deemed their symptoms worse than our 3 year old son, this didnā€™t make any sense to us or the other patients there. When we were finally seen, Dr Julie Patacsil, made up a false story and blamed the person up front, which we know was untrue. To add to it all, their equipment isnā€™t working. Their thermometer read a temp of over 105. We ordered an ambulance to Good Sam hospital where he received proper care. Temp reading in the ambulance and Good Sam was 100.7. Finally I would humbly request Dr Patacsil to do the world a favor and switch to a profession that she is better suited for. She is playing with lives of human beings.

    We sought out this location for urgent care. However, when I received the bill, it was classified under a 'specialist visit', which costs more than urgent care. Despite reaching out to the customer service and billing department to correct the billing code, our efforts were in vain. We filed an appeal, only for them to maintain that the billing was accurate. Attempts to discuss the bill in person at the office were fruitless, as no one was equipped to handle the matter. Further conversations with the billing department, even after an hour-long discussion, led to no resolution. The Duly service representative repeated that their billing department had deemed the coding as correct. Following this, we had a discussion with our insurance company. Their customer service discovered that Duly had entered 'office visit' under the 'place of service' category, when they should have specified 'urgent care'. While I appreciate the Duly doctors who take their time with patientsā€”worthy of a 5-star ratingā€”their billing and customer service is severely lacking, meriting 0 stars. If you wish to avoid such complications, I would advise against choosing Duly, as their billing practices may give you not just a headache, but potentially high blood pressure as well. Edit 8/1: Duly called after seeing this post. The gentleman promised to take a look at the case. Edit 8/8: got a letter from collection company. Expecting ugly calls from the collector. Considering switching to a different healthcare provider, despite the good doctors at Duly.

    Poor service. Lazy staff who shuts the doors early. Called to let them know we were 15 minutes away, we're taking our daughter in for an ear ache. We knew they closed in 40 minutes so wanted to make sure they'd take us in 15 minutes. Arrived in... 15 minutes. To a lady who told us they weren't taking patients anymore. Never use them again.

    went couple weeks ago. they were nice, bur they had multiple issues. both the doc and nurse committed multiple HIPAA violations. doc left the door open while reading test results (other patents walked by and heard) and the nurse did not confirm my name and label the reports. it was unfortunate bc they were very nice besides that!

    2 plus hour wait. No one updates you on why it is taking so long. Have no idea how they choose who is called. It is definitely not in the order you arrive. If I didn't feel so lousy I would have left

    I've always been taken seriously, and they're quick to run blood tests and swab my throat even when my symptoms are minor. The one time I did have a more urgent problem, we were able to do six or seven different types of blood tests with only two tubes of blood. The wait time was a little long though. Might be worth it to make an appointment in advance if you're able to.

    This place is fine as far as services go, but I would recommend another urgent care facility if possible. Average wait times for an urgent care place. Front desk was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but Dr's/RN's have been fine. I've now been once with my kiddo & once for myself after catching what my kid had. Pricewise, I've never paid more at an urgent care to come in & get a throat swab to decide whether I had the flu or covid. I was billed $626 total for a "New Patient Office Visit" + "Lab Work," that turned into $387 after my insurance. I was very surprised when I got the bill, & at this point, I wish I had just stayed home to wait out the viral sickness on dayquil.

    ZERO Stars for this Immediate Care. African American receptionist working on 11/1 @ closing was very unprofessional (no name given to identify her/refer to her in this review). Took my info, symptoms etc., walked away to let someone in & said I could not be seen. When in fact, I called ahead of time to confirm I would be seen since, I was aware 9pm closing time and was told I would be seen as long as I arrived by 8:30pm. She then had the audacity to ask why I couldnā€™t ā€œarrive faster,ā€ as she could not deny arriving by 8:30pm was Dulyā€™s rules. Even though I had already given her all my information way before 8:30pm, I was denied to be seen by the doctor (2 patients were in the waiting room). Donā€™t waste your time here. Receptionist needs mentorship for receptionist and professionalism skills. Sticking with Hinsdaleā€™s location ā€” 5 stars there!
