    Employees claiming system is down but I could place an order on the app? Very logical. Attached are pictures of employees standing outside smoking marijuana while I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes like I am an idiot right?

    It's amazing that this place is allowed to keep the Taco Bell name. More often than not it seems it's closed in the middle of the day. Dining area is pretty much always closed. Wrong or missing items are usually expected. Almost forgot to mention the time they were out of flour tortillas. At this point I only go to see what their latest excuse for being closed is.

    Bad bad bad... maybe it was one time mistake but I think it happened quite a few times that I've been at this location. Ordered drive thru my favorite crunchwrap supreme w/steak and what I got was tortilla with only lettuce and tomatoes....I paid $11 for my order, with only fiesta potatoes added to it. Here are the pictures. Couldn't return cause it was getting late with my child in the car. Found out when I got home.

    Every time I order from this location there’s an issue. From them being closed in the middle of the day, to not answering the drive thru, to food not being prepared properly. Today, you’ll see my quesadilla is just shredded cheese and tortilla

    No ground beef chicken this is literally the most disgusting thing just sauce and lettuce mixed together I just bought it 10 pm plz don’t eat there throwing away. I hope they get closed down. Honestly workers at this location are SLOW and slow physically too

    The service was fast but I should have realized the bag was light. Missing items I paid for and no hot sauce as requested. They managed to get the napkins in the bag. There seems to be NO work ethic EVERY TIME I go there. Absolutely DONE with this place. Not the first time but it was the last. HORRIBLE! Check your order before you pull away from the drive thru. Forget being courteous to the people behind you. You have to double check your order like your grading a 1st graders math test! Two stars because I got napkins... that's it!

    It is incredible how truly awful the service and food quality has been here for so long. We tried last night to see if things have turned around and they were not. Not only were all but two items in our order incorrect, they were out of ground beef and chicken!! I have called before on the orders being wrong. I usually try to check but after 30 minutes in the drive through, I was just going to take what I could get and go. I don't know what's happening here, but the franchise owners need to do something. I'm willing to drive to a different town at this point rather than give them another chance.

    For the last few months, whenever I go to this location, only the drive-thru has been often. This has been the case, even when placing p/u orders in which I have the dine-in option. I once walked here to p/u an online order and was unable to because of this. So that was money lost for me. I love Taco Bell food so have never posted a bad review until today. I had 15 people over and wanted to place a pickup order. I called this location at 12:40 pm to see if the walk-in was open. A female employee picked up. I asked if the walk-in was open and she hung up on me. I called right back and got a full answering machine. I will no longer accept this terrible service. I will be using a different location from now on.

    I live 5 mins from this taco bell, for some reason they are always having trouble in the night. Weather they don't accept cards just cash, or the system isn't working. Im not sure if the crew in the night are just lazy and dont want to take orders. Sitting here for the past 15 mins and no one has ordered yet

    Just like the other reviewers below, every time I come here there is ALWAYS an issue. The service is always slow, no matter what time of day you go. For example today it took 30 minutes to receive my order I placed via the app, no matter if I order 2 items or 7 items it always takes an extremely long time. My order is always missing items. My order is never consistent with how it's prepared. The one positive I will say is that the staff always has a pleasant attitude and are friendly. But I need to find a new taco bell to attempt.

    Rude ghetto employees work here. Terrible customer service. Didn't even give me sauce when I asked for sauce. Also they charge way more than other locations. Almost every other taco bell location has the "cravings value" menu but this place charges almost double for the same items that other locations charge.

    Just to add on to all the reviews this place gets..... Last night placed An online order drove 15 minutes to get there waited in line at the speaker where nobody said a word for 5 minutes drove up to the window and waited another 5 min. was eventually told that we couldn't have our food because all the employees walked out. I love Taco Bell and go twice a week but I'm seriously considering never going again

    It's taco bell so food wise you generally know what you're getting. But the service at this location... You got to be kidding me, the manager is where it all starts. And ftr she's horrible, she couldn't manage drunk karaoke. I, on several lunch trips have waited upwards of 20 minutes+. This is having an order through the app. I'm gonna look for a different location this one is absolutely the worst. Based off these reviews I recommend everyone does the same. Things won't change long as they still make a buck.

    I ordered online, and went to go pick up my food about ten minutes later. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and nothing for a couple minutes. Finally someone speaks and they say that they're "temporarily closed for the next half hour" I went there at 10 pm, well within the operating hours and the open sign was on. I work food service too and I would hate to work in a place where you just randomly close. I would also like a reason why, written or otherwise, explaining the situation. The employee at the speaker was very rude and offered no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. Something I would offer at the very least. This has happened multiple times to me on multiple days at different times at this location.

    I order on the app and have it delivered, and it always comes from this location. One time I ordered nachos and cheese. The cheese came, no chips. I just ordered a volcano burrito right now. There was no lava sauce in it… which is the actual point of the volcano burrito. I requested sauce and got none. What the actual heck. They ALWAYS get my order wrong! Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

    Hands down to worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I went in today to make a simple order but for whatever reason they were trying to make come inside to make the order which I refused to do because it was absolutely unnecessary. Upon my refusal the little girl who was initially taking my order through the headset passed it off to her manager I’m assuming. Anyways he starts talking and just reiterated the same things she was saying but in a crazy aggressive tone. I once again refused so the manager decided to cuss me out for not appeasing him! I was tryna get a simple order for my pregnant mother but instead I got the worst customer experience of my life! So if you like having a bad time then this is definitely the place for you to come!

    I ordered from door dash and waited an hour for the dasher to say they haven’t even started my order and had to cancel it! It was 11pm at night. How busy could it be?! I’m a dasher and experience nothing but long waits and issues with them when I’m dashing as well. Corporate needs to get in there and clean house.

    I ordered delivery and my food was thrown in the bag so some of it was spilled. And when I received it before hand it wasn’t even closed all the way. I took a bite out of my taco and saw something move and when I looked there was a bug in my food that was absolutely disgusting

    Only 1 employee working. Was handling the business exceptionally well considering the long line. Got our food perfectly cooked. Management needs to really recognize the awesome work being done here. Good job!

    I was the only one in the drive through around 12 :15pm and was told to wait a second. I waited 10 minutes and then I said I'm ready to order whenever you're ready, just to remind them I was still there. I was told again to wait a second. Then cars started waiting behind me and started driving around me to the window to talk to an employee because the wait was too long. Then finally I said I can't wait any longer because I have to be somewhere at 1. I went to a different taco bell that was much more friendly and very quick. This taco bell is not very good.

    I went to this taco bell for some much needed lunch. I ordered through the mobile app and it said it was approved. I went to go in and the doors were locked. I went to the drive thru where a woman told me there was no food, they didn't have what they needed to make the food. The app told me they were making it. She said she canceled it but they didn't refund my money or give me my points back that I used. I was very disappointed and hungry. This happened on Oct 24th.

    All the negative reviews of this place are 100% true. I do not know who owns this place but they need to shut it down or hire new people. I got food poisoning from eating at this place. And i know this because it was literally the one place i ate that day. I was incredibly sick for days. I plan on calling the health department and reporting them for unsanitary environment and who knows what else they will find. When i saw the workers, it was disgusting the negligence I saw on how they handle the food, the bathrooms. I should have known better. I don’t know if the day workers are better but the ones at night are horrendous. I don’t know how they stay in business or why the owners would allow this to continue. Please stay away for your own health and safety.

    Its taco bell so you can pretty much predict how it's going to go. Slower service/wait time, consistently and did I mention slower service. The inside of this taco bell is very nice and clean.

    It's Taco Bell....it's been a while since I've been there but had a craving. Intent on getting a combo meal which consists of three tacos and a drink was 13 bucks. I try to add two more tacos and it bumps up to $20... nah. I'll go to a little hole in wall Mexican place or a taco truck, or make my own the next time I want a taco. I'm still hungry, could've fed my kid and myself for $2 more elsewhere...that's unacceptable. No issues with the food. Very good. The place was spotless. The staff was friendly. I'm just a cheapskate haha

    My Mom and I stopped for a simple and fast bite while out shopping. As far as Taco Bell's go the employees were very friendly, attentive and polite, A+ for that since these days most fast food workers are not. The restaurant was clean, tables were wiped and ready for customer use, and the food was made as we ordered. Overall, good experience and if in the need of a fast lunch I would definitely stop in again.
