Such a beautiful place! The loop is close two miles. My dog got some good sniffs of the trail including spotting some deer. Definitely a place to visit again.

β€œNice and easy trail with scenic views. The loop took us about 25 minutes to complete. I would definitely recommend this trail for anyone looking to go on a walk or run. There are no bikes allowed either.” -Chloe

I love this forest preserve! Elevation changes, woods-to-meadows, easy parking, adjacent to a great dog park.

I was very pleased. Trail or dog enthusiast galore. This place has a Massive dog park that is well kept and laid out. Nice trail, plenty of space and a nice loop offering a short or longer trail. Clean port o let (port a potty), and decent parking. Lot was clean, and a plenty of trash bins. I will surely revisit this location. Well done

Beautiful stand of old oaks and prairie. Wide gravel paths, around 2.5 miles of trails. Popular spot for jogging, with some decent elevation for the area. Huge diversity of oaks and other plant species, even though it is not a huge preserve there are woodlands as well as open prairie. Good parking and port a potties available. Just a mile or so from the shopping extravaganza at 355 and boughton this place is an amazing refuge from the hustle and bustle!!

Oldfield Oaks has a great 1.5 mile crush gravel trail. While there is some sun exposure in the prairie, most of the hike is in the shade of gorgeous tall trees.

I love this trail. Lots of old trees and not very crowded. You can still hear Lemont road sometimes but otherwise it feels very tucked away

1.1 mile gravel walking path located just east of Lamont Road and 87th. They Aldo have a dog park located on Frontage Rd.

This is an excellent little forest preserve. We brought two toddlers and a stroller; the trails are well maintained and the trail was a great distance for two toddlers to walk the whole way.

Lots of deer hanging around...pretty neat. Grounds around pond cleaned. Somebody takes care of this place

Took my dog to the off leash park this morning - she had so much fun. Everyone there was nice and the dogs were all well behaved - a good way to spend an hour!
