this place is the worst tanning facility ever, they keep trying to charge me when I was not a member and they moved facilities, I cannot walk in the door without the girl telling me that I owe them $100 every single time and we had a big argument about this about four to five months ago and they just again wanted to charge me money after I’ve already tanned a number of times this winter and had all of the balance completely taken care of. S on’t use this place they are absolutely A mess and cannot figure out how to bill their customers accordingly, not only do they want to overcharge but they want to do it after you clear up the balance this place is somewhere I’m never going to do business with again all they want to do is charge you again and again and again even after any balance has cleared up in their system of computers is just bonkers I will never tan this place again I advise that nobody goes here, they can’t seem to get their stuff together.

I just left from my first time. Jessica explained all the packages, and took her time to make sure I knew what I was getting for my membership! She excused herself for a quick minute to assist another guest, but I didn't mind and the guest was greatful. She recommended products that I may benefit from but when I declined she wasn't pushy. The location was clean and well stocked. Although the prices may seem expensive, thinking about getting unlimited spray tans whenever I want for the monthly price is extremely worth it. I used to pay the same amount or more and I had to go on specific days to get the special I wanted, now I can come whenever I want a touch up! Being a long time tanner, I can tell when machines are maintained and I could tell by the cleanliness and the spray that they definitely were. I can't speak for the uv tans, since I didn't try them, but the rooms did look clean and I assume the light bulbs are well kept. I had an overall great experience! Thank you!

I needed to get a tan before going to Greece for a wedding and i am glad i came here. The staff was very thorough and patient with me especially Weronica! She is really great and friendly and always in a good mood. Its great to see that good and accommodating employees still exist! I would give her a 10 star if i could! Overall this place is awesome and i will come back for sure!

Very clean facility, staff is the best. It would be nice if the level 4 tanning bed was working properly. Paid for the upgrade and again, the mist is not working. Update-they.finally fixed the level 4 tanning bed. Really worth trying it.

Worst tanning salon ever. Nothing is transparent. Was doing a monthly membership they pulled your money on the first of the month but you couldn’t use your tan for 30 days after your last ran. So if you went on the 31st of the month before they would take your money the 1st but you didn’t have access to tan. They will sell you a 3 pack of tans and no one tells you they expire within a month. I went in tonight to tan at 840 the tan takes 5 min, but was told they close the tanning booth at 830? Why not close at 830 if you want your employees out at 9. Or post something about last tanning time.

Can't use a gift card purchased from them for monthly tanning packages? Lied to by workers during the purchase of the gift card.

In town for work. Stopped for a quick tan. Workers are super nice and pleasant, but you’re looking at 3-4 times the normal cost for ONE TAN. They had no music playing because a worker was on a work call… the bed was fine but nothing out of the ordinary. They have the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE head rest I’ve ever been in. If you are are in a similar position as myself, I recommend looking around for another salon.

Versa spa is amazing, I have olive skin tone so most make me look orange, this one doesn't. They have nose plugs and extra things to make it an incredibe experience. So many places are cheap with the little things. You can walk in and not worry you forgot your lip balm or have to put tissues up your nose so you don't breath it in. Staff is nice and not pushy on sales. Way better than L.A. Tan!!! Thank you for taking the extra step to make it easier!!!! Clean and organized love this place.

I was there last night and was really pleasantly surprised. It was very busy with a little wait for the spray booth, but Abby handled it all very well as the only one there, it never felt chaotic. The facility was super clean, she showed me how to get the best possible result and I woke up with a super eaten tan! I’ve been spending $70+ on spray tans but honestly this came out just as good and I was in and out much faster (even with the little wait). Thanks Abby!

The girls that work here are extremely educated on the products and services offered. They thoroughly explained things to me, especially since I had many questions about spray tanning. I'm so happy I became a member of PBT.

I've been using Palm Beach Tan for the last year and was moderately satisfied with their services until now. I came in the last week of March and explained that I received an email to reactivate my membership at no extra cost and the response back was "we haven't really figured that out yet, but hold on to it." Okay ... well, that was unprofessional and a complete turn-off. Also, I just returned this evening to reactivate and purchase a spray tan membership and was told it would $49.00 to unfreeze my account and I would also have to pay the membership fee up front. Keep in mind I have been paying $7.50/month to earn credit during the winter months. I left with my credit card in hand and laughing as I walked out the door. They either don't know what they're doing or Palm Beach Tan is a complete rip off. I proceeded to L.A. Tan and was welcomed with a smile and paid $6.50 for a tanning session. No hassle. No hidden fees. No funny looks. I will never return to this Palm Beach Tan, again.

I don't have a ton of experience at other tanning salons so I don't have much to compare it to- but everything seems to work seamlessly - it's easy to get in and out quickly. The girls who work the desk are friendly.

This is the WORST place to tan. The staff is rude and the close early and open late all the time so you waste your time and gas for nothing. Horrible!

The salons are always clean & comfortable. Eye wear being available &sanitized after ever use, as well as music in each room are vary BIG pluses in my book ! The staff has always been nice & friendly. My new favorite tanning salon chain FOR SURE! :)

I am very impressed with Palm Beach Tan in Lombard. One of the most important things to me is that this place is immaculate, so welcoming and inviting, This store has a comfortable atmosphere for the modest or self conscious. It's easy and quick. You'll be out of there in 10-15 minutes the tan sprays are top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need to know what is the best products to use I would ask for Marina she has tremendous knowledge on all of their products. I can ask her any question & she always has a solution. She has helped me so much on the different products and believe me I have bought a ton because of her for my type of skin and it sure has helped. I have also sent my friends in at times to find out from her what products they should use and they have taken her advice and are thrilled. I get so many compliments on my spray tans they are flawless and they last long. The color is very natural and Marina will help you choose the color that looks just right on you. Not only is the spray tan technique the best as it is precise and leaves you looking tan and glowing (with no streaking), Marina also gave me tips on how to preserve my tan and the end result was perfect. Marina is a true professional to me.

I go to this location every other day..All the girls are friendly. Very easy in and out. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place to tan and feel great about yourself!😍

The Manager Josh is very Unprofessional. Do not go into that tanning salon as long as he is the manager there!!

I used to travel to the area a lot for busness and have been here for mystic tan I wanted to find out about what's kind of beds the have and have called 6-10 times this morning and someone keeps picking up and just hanging up no vm Google maps says they are currently open as dose the hours posted on the web site this is very unprofessional and disappointing a big chain like this should have higher standerds
