    I use to like this location. But now the staff is extremely rude, tries to over charge, and won’t fix mistakes. I asked for a peppermint mocha. But when they put it in, Charlie put it in as a mocha with peppermint syrup. It was more expensive than I thought, so I told him I asked for a peppermint mocha. Instead of changing it he told me it’s the same thing. I had to argue with him and tell him it’s more expensive that way before he would change it. It’s an .80 cent different, which he never apologized for. He couldn’t put in an extra second to fix his mistake. And he’s the manager! At least that’s what he told me.

    The young people at this location have no understanding, humility, or respect. If you ask a question that they think is stupid, they will make sure to write “blonde” on your cup label and then take a picture of said label before handing it to you, presumably to Snapchat their friends or something. Did you think I couldn’t see you through the drive through window, even though the girl closest to the window tried to talk to me? I’m not coming back here again. There are plenty of other Starbucks with much better staff.

    Horrible. I went the day after Christmas for my birthday drink. It took over 20 minutes inside to make 1 peppermint mocha. I had to leave so I wouldn't miss my appointment. Very sad that not only did I miss my free bday drink, to add- the barista was rude. I saw my drink sticker move across the line and when I asked about it because it was next, she said I had 8 more drunk orders before mine. I watched her move it over. I left without my drink! Not visiting that location any more, not worth my extra time. *** Okay so I caved and I came back only because it's the most convenient Starbucks location around my home. So today I had an experience in the drive-thru with Ben. He was fantastic. Fantastic! He was polite. He showed extreme customer service and it's because of him that I will be happy to return. And I'm glad that I gave you guys a second chance. Thank you.

    We were there for the first time enjoying our drinks and this server which I find it so rude is sweeping the floors and sweeping underneath our table that my sister need to get up from her chair so that she can continue sweeping which dust is in the air while we’re drinking our drinks .

    Unless you want to be told how to order and when to order based on the barista's preference, then feel free to go here. I'm not giving this location my business anymore. I asked for a coffee not a lecture. (Mobile order experience)

    Classic Starbucks, did not have any issues w my order as I order from other Starbucks stores all the time. This store can use some “friendly customer service” though. I went in, went to the counter and there was a female standing behind the counter talking to other male staff. There was no one in line, so I approached and told her I would like to order. She looked at me like I was crazy and giving me vibes like why am I talking to her. She didn’t even say anything, we just looked at each other awkwardly for few seconds. Thankfully a female who was working behind the bakery section came over and took my order. I never post any negative reviews if you look at my history, thanks Starbucks on Cass, this will be my first negative review.

    Visited Starbucks yesterday and had the pleasure of being served by Barista Ismael. He was exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to clarify my doubts about the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, even sharing a sample to taste. His approachability and knowledge were refreshing, especially in the usually bustling and hurried environment of Starbucks. It's evident Ismael genuinely cares about customers’ experiences, setting a high standard for client care. I’m highly impressed and believe Starbucks needs more employees like him. A memorable experience, thanks to Ismael!

    I used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20. The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared. I'll order a sandwich and a drink and only the drink will be out. I will wait and not say anything because I dont want to rush anyone but then the employees start running ice and stuff, filling cups, doing things you do when there are no orders. Or i will order a drink and see the cup perfectly placed where it should be to fill it up, but it hasn't been. Weird stuff like that. I spend a good amount of money here and its honestly just disappointing. Also having worked at Starbucks before I know that sometimes things can slip your mind and I empathize. But when it's consistently happening? Edit: it seems this issue was promptly addressed and is really appreciated. Thank you.

    This store used to be really great! It has gone down significantly. Almost always the drink is mad wrong, and 20+ minutes waiting! Would recommend not coming here, or any starbucks in the area as they all have the same problem.

    Brand New — but Staff and Management. Wanted to charge $4 for a Venti Ice Water & a LITERAL splash of lemonade. -($.60) while i still purchased 2 other drinks - they made a weird assumption of trying to “get over on the company from a TikTok craze” —the manager referenced this unnecessarily. Just Very condescending and unfriendly. I hope to take this higher honestly.

    Drive thru and parking lot combined fits about 10 cars. Had cancelled a single drink mobile order ahead because it wasn't ready still 25 min later. Frappuccinos are made correctly 50% of the time.

    I visited the brand-new Starbucks on the second day it was open at 63rd and Cass in Westmont. had outstanding customer support. The Pikes Place Roast Coffee and the Caramel Macchiato were our orders. I also requested the Blonde Roast, which was not yet prepared, but they offered to brew it; however, I chose not to do so because it would have taken a bit longer. In addition, I got the excellent Red Pepper Egg Bits, Turkey Bacon and Egg White on Whole Wheat Bread, and Ham & Swiss on a Croissant. went to a drive-in movie, which happened really quickly. It includes both indoor and outdoor tables, and the inside was open. Excellent food and customer support.

    Very terrible service. They throw out your orders without apologizing. I have just got my croissant thrown out. Even when I said thank you she just turned around and went out. Really disrespectfulness.

    Previously this location was nice to go to. Now the lines are always extremely long- most importantly the customer service is awful. Beyond unprofessional employees now and would never recommend this location for anyone to go to! They operate slow and follow different rules than other Starbucks- the barista with lighter hair, believe her name was Emily, was so unprofessional and rude, would give her 0/5 stars if possible!

    A decent Starbucks. The wifi does not reach out to the EV charging station outside. The drive-through is very busy, but inside it is generally empty.

    If I could give a zero, I would. I came into this Starbucks after I had gotten smoothie king with my friends and I had bought a sandwich and a cookie from Starbucks. They gave me my change and I gave them my coins and I also had change from smoothie king when I had bought my drink. When I got my change from smoothie king, the coins were folded in the dollar so I was dumping out the coins into the tip. He yelled at me in front of everyone and said I stole the tips when I was donating tips to them. He kept accusing me multiple times as I told him to check the cameras. Keep in mind it’s a whole adult yelling at kid that was just trying to be nice and give the workers some tips. Worse experience ever and I love that Starbucks since it’s so close to home.

    Brand new Starbucks just opened at 63rd and Cass in Westmont and went on the 2nd day it was opened. Had great customer service. We ordered the Pikes Place Roast Coffee and the Caramel Macchiato. I also ordered the Blonde Roast which was not ready but they offered to brew it - would just take a little longer which I decided not to get. I also ordered the Ham & Swiss on a Croissant, the Turkey Bacon and Egg White on Whole Wheat Muffin, and the Red Pepper Egg Bites which were delicious. Went to the drive-in which was extremely fast. It has outdoor tables as well as indoor tables and the inside was open. Great food and customer service and well trained considering it was only the 2nd day open had a great experience.

    I love that this Starbucks is up the street from my house. This Starbucks is usually busy BUT no matter the pace of the customers the team members, at this location, always remain pleasant and professional while hustling out orders.     Always mess up my order, I ask for soy in my coffee cause I'm lactose intolerant and they never give it to me. I have stomach problems all day because they can't do a simple thing of grabbing the soy milk.

    I believe this is the worst Starbucks, I ordered a venti ice coffee with 7 pumps of classic syrup and cream was not given any cream. I also ordered a grande iced coffee with blonde espresso and three pumps of vanilla, instead I was given a shot of espresso with vanilla. When I went up to the register to get it fixed the cashier was very rude “i literally asked you”. He was also wearing his headset while taking my order. I had to repeat myself more than once. I was very nice about it and I didn’t appreciate the attitude. I had another experience with the same employee was rude and i ordered a strawberry açaí and a matcha latte with coconut milk. He put coconut milk in all of my drinks. I didn’t make a fuss and left. At this point I hate that I was given attitude when I was super nice about it.
