a

first
venture

the
U.S.
Located
in
a
strip
mall,
Noodle
Art
replaced
a
defunct
Sichuan
restaurant,
and
although
it
is
not
exclusively
a
Chinese
Halal
or
Hui
cuisine
establishment,
it
draws
influence
from
the
Muslim
Quarter
of
Xi'an.
This
influence
is
evident
in
some
of
their
standout
dishes,
such
as
the
Chinese
cumin
lamb
hamburger,
yangruo
paomo
(flatbread
soaked
in
lamb
soup),
and
succulent
lamb
kebabs.
These

strong
