My
god,
what
a
shameful
experience
I’ve
had
here!!
I
was
self
referred,
no
insurance,
I
called
them
and
booked
a
time
to
do
an
In
lab
sleep
study,
initial
interaction
was
friendly
with
the
staff.
I
went
in
for
my
sleep
study
and
the
tech
was
nice
and
friendly,
but
when
it
came
down
to
sleeping:
Room
was
HOT!
They
said
it
was
68
and
there
was
no
way
it
was
68
in
there.
I
requested
them
to
lower
it
more,
an
hour
later
it’s
still
the
same.
I
requested
a
fan,
they
gave
me
a
cranking
fan
which
made
an
impossible
task
to
sleep
with
all
these
wires
even
more
impossible,
then
I
ended
up
requesting
another
fan
that
doesn’t
like
it’s
about
to
break
down,
then
they
gave
me
one,
which
this
was
probably
around
1
am
already.
Not
to
mention
the
door
in
the
room
I
was
in
was
tempered
glass,
so
the
light
from
the
outside
where
the
techs
are
sitting
is
IN
MY
ROOM!
AND
TO
MAKE
THINGS
WORSE,
I
COULD
HEAR
THEIR
CONVERSATIONS,
so
all
that
added
to
not
being
able
to
sleep
in
that
steaming
hell
hole!
I
ended
up
cutting
my
sleep
study
an
hour
early
and
left
at
5.
In
which
the
technician
told
me
that
I
only
had
an
hour
of
sleep,
which
I
wasn’t
surprised
about
because
I
could
not
sleep
nearly
ALL
8
hours!
Now
when
it
came
down
to
results,
I
received
them
via
email.
I
never
got
a
call
or
a
follow
up
that
they
have
been
sent.
So
I
had
to
call
them
and
that’s
when
my
interaction
with
THE
RUDE
TORI
started,
this
lady
doesn’t
know
customer
service!
Upon
calling,
I
spoke
with
her
about
my
results,
I
told
her
that
the
techs
said
I
slept
for
an
hour
and
I
couldn’t
sleep
at
all,
her
tone
was
demeaning
and
rude
to
me
after
I
asked
if
there
anything
I
can
do
since
I’m
in
the
hole
already
for
$500,
she
rudely
said
I’ll
give
you
an
in
home
test,
then
before
I
even
hung
up
the
phone,
she
said
RUDLY
“excuse
me,
correction,
you
slept
3
hours”
(lady
do
you
know
how
to
actually
talk
to
clients
????)
so
I
learned
that
I
had
1
hour
of
sleep
and
2
hours
of
choppy
sleep,
which
she
RUDLY
INFORMED
ME
OF.
She
made
me
feel
like
I’m
stupid.
Her
techs
are
the
ones
that
mentioned
I
slept
for
an
hour.
Then
a
week
later
I
picked
up
my
machine
for
an
In
home
sleep
study,
when
I
returned
back
to
the
clinic
for
results
my
interaction
with
her
was
RUDE
and
not
genuine,
felt
like
she’s
treating
her
patients
second
class…
lol
lady
you
don’t
know
who
walks
through
your
doors,
you
need
to
humble
yourself
and
show
better
respect
to
others.
Then
I
ended
up
calling
them
again
to
inquire
about
a
CPAP
machine,
which
she
gave
me
pricing
for
a
one
that
QUADRUPLE
THE
PRICE
OF
ACTUAL
RETIQL
($1500)
and
it’s
an
OFF
BRAND
MACHINE!!
THIS
HAS
BEEN
A
TERRIBLE
EXPERIENCE!
This
place
looks
shiny
and
nice;
but
don’t
be
fooled!
Why
is
there
not
more
1
star
reviews
at
this
place?!
Makes
me
wonder
if
these
reviews
are
real.
