    Excellent experience! I was so worried what to expect but Vanessa the tech explained everything to me and made me feel more comfortable with the whole process.. The facility was impressive and very clean and welcoming. I really appreciated that. Thank you !

    Wow, I just had the best time at the Sleep and CPAP Center! The owner is an absolute gem. She made me feel so cared for and totally took away all my worries. Seriously, her personality is incredible. When I walked into the center, I couldn't help but feel like I was entering a cozy and professional environment . The place is super nice and has such a welcoming vibe. They've done an awesome job with the decor and creating a relaxing atmosphere.The owner really knows her stuff. She listened to all my concerns and took the time to understand my needs. She had this amazing ability to put me at ease and make me feel like I was in good hands. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible.The staff members were also fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and knew their stuff. They were always there to answer my questions and guide me through the different products and services available. It's refreshing to encounter such a caring and knowledgeable team.I was impressed by the range of options and resources available at the Sleep and CPAP Center. They have all the latest technology and a great selection of top-notch products. It's clear that they've put a lot of effort into creating a one-stop-shop for everything related to sleep and CPAP. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Sleep and CPAP Center. The owner's wonderful personality, the welcoming atmosphere, and the genuine care they provide make it a truly exceptional place. If you're looking for a sleep and CPAP center that will make you feel right at home, this is definitely the place to go!

    This is the 3rd sleep lab I have visited for a mask fitting and it is the only time I have left satisfied with the service and the equipment I was provided. I am very large and the previous masks I tried were intolerable. Tori was really patient and dedicated to helping me find the right fit. I wore my new mask for the first time last night and was very satisfied by the fit and feel. The lab is also very clean and well maintained. The staff was lovely and I would 100% make the long drive again rather than go to my local sleep lab.

    This was such a great experience. Israel was amazing. Really kind and caring. He is a perfect example of how all employees should be. The facility is clean and well kept. My Dad came back a 2nd time and we received great service from a gentleman working there. Sorry forgot his name but he was very patient and courtesy with my dad. Thank you for having a wonderful team and always providing great service

    My god, what a shameful experience I’ve had here!! I was self referred, no insurance, I called them and booked a time to do an In lab sleep study, initial interaction was friendly with the staff. I went in for my sleep study and the tech was nice and friendly, but when it came down to sleeping: Room was HOT! They said it was 68 and there was no way it was 68 in there. I requested them to lower it more, an hour later it’s still the same. I requested a fan, they gave me a cranking fan which made an impossible task to sleep with all these wires even more impossible, then I ended up requesting another fan that doesn’t like it’s about to break down, then they gave me one, which this was probably around 1 am already. Not to mention the door in the room I was in was tempered glass, so the light from the outside where the techs are sitting is IN MY ROOM! AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, I COULD HEAR THEIR CONVERSATIONS, so all that added to not being able to sleep in that steaming hell hole! I ended up cutting my sleep study an hour early and left at 5. In which the technician told me that I only had an hour of sleep, which I wasn’t surprised about because I could not sleep nearly ALL 8 hours! Now when it came down to results, I received them via email. I never got a call or a follow up that they have been sent. So I had to call them and that’s when my interaction with THE RUDE TORI started, this lady doesn’t know customer service! Upon calling, I spoke with her about my results, I told her that the techs said I slept for an hour and I couldn’t sleep at all, her tone was demeaning and rude to me after I asked if there anything I can do since I’m in the hole already for $500, she rudely said I’ll give you an in home test, then before I even hung up the phone, she said RUDLY “excuse me, correction, you slept 3 hours” (lady do you know how to actually talk to clients ????) so I learned that I had 1 hour of sleep and 2 hours of choppy sleep, which she RUDLY INFORMED ME OF. She made me feel like I’m stupid. Her techs are the ones that mentioned I slept for an hour. Then a week later I picked up my machine for an In home sleep study, when I returned back to the clinic for results my interaction with her was RUDE and not genuine, felt like she’s treating her patients second class… lol lady you don’t know who walks through your doors, you need to humble yourself and show better respect to others. Then I ended up calling them again to inquire about a CPAP machine, which she gave me pricing for a one that QUADRUPLE THE PRICE OF ACTUAL RETIQL ($1500) and it’s an OFF BRAND MACHINE!! THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This place looks shiny and nice; but don’t be fooled! Why is there not more 1 star reviews at this place?! Makes me wonder if these reviews are real.

    When I entered the sleep center I was surprised at how beautiful and clean it was. The technicians were friendly and explained everything. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. I was very surprised at how easy it was to sleep there even tough you are hooked with wires. I had mother study in another place in Rancho Cucamonga and I had one eye open expecting a bug to crawl up my bed. This place is pristine. Nothing hidden. Extra clean blankets and a fan are available if you go hot and cold. Very nice experience.

    First, I want to emphasize that the staff is great, the facilities are super clean and the decoration is outstanding (one inexperienced guy shouldn't be the face of all). Since my first review I went back, talked to the owner and staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. In this case a bad choice of words from an employee neglected the customer's rights and I just wasn't patient enough to do the dance; so I just left. The feeling of being sleep depraved due to my medical condition, the employee's young age and lack of experience was the combination for a bad recipe. I feel very confident that this experience will bring lots of positive change to the place and I will be going back in the near future for my care and supplies; as it takes a great deal to see the bumps in the road and decide to make a smoother ride for the customers. Thanks Original Review: I was there last night and the room was as cold as a meet packer freezer, when I requested the temperature to be adjusted to the same temperature as the rest of the office they denied my request as per "The Owner Disliked the Themostat to be Adjusted " then I requested the vents to be closed and I got the same answer. My nose clogged and my throat started to hurt as I could only bread thru my mouth. I decided to leave, and the front desk advised me that I would be charged $200 for a No Show, to what I replied: "To tell the OWNER, that I decided over the temperature in my room and over my well being; also to hire a lawyer if he/she would like to pursue with the billing". Few minutes later as I was getting ready to leave, they offered me to take the sleep monitor home at no additional charge.

    I fully recommend this place. Going into the study I was unsure of what to expect but the staff made me super comfortable and the process seamless. The office and rooms were clean so I seriously have no complaints. If I had to say, the staff are the highlight of this place. Friendly and knowledgeable from my experience.
