My experience with this location has been horrible and I'll never be back again. I won't even recommend this to my worst enemy!! I rented a truck and upon returning it (after hours) I was surprised to find out that they didn't have a key drop-box. I was not informed that when I picked up the truck. So I called customer service hoping someone will have a solution. They didn't not. They suggested I come back the following day. But I have work. And I moved further away. So I had to show up to work late, which didn't make my boss happy, and I was charged extra for a "late return"... I forgot to grab an invoice, so I called them after I left to email it to me and I was told they don't have that capability.. It's 2018 for Pete's sake!! They even have that capability in war-torn Syria..

Abusive pricing. They'll give you a quote online, abd when you arrive jack the rate by 50%. Then when you show them the quote, YOU have to call customer service. They won't fix it to match. They push truck insurance and if you balk will eventually drop the price. Meaning the price was too high to start with! F predatory pricing, aggressive "too much hassle to fix" overcharging. This industry can eat a fat one. If you try to get the price at the store to match the email quote (which says is guaranteed) you'll spend over an hour on the phone. The local place refuses to help.

The service here is great. Jesse is the man you want to see about getting your rental car. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. He gives you all the necessary info you'll need to know ahead of time such as their toll road policy. Nice to know before hand. I rented from other agency's and this was the first place to advise me of how it works with billing. I would definitely recommend budget and Jesse.

Jesse was amazing. Stayed late to get me my truck rental as I was coming from out of town to pick it up. Very friendly. Went above and beyond. Quick efficient service. Recommend.

My experience with the customer service was quite pleasant. Jessie was whom I had dealt with and he was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond our expectations. Would go here again if need be.

Jessie was amazing at this location. Helped us with all our needs, saved us money, and was patient when there was complications. Our truck was ready to go when we got there! Highly recommend and ask for Jessie.

GOODBYE ENTERPRISE I usually rent from Enterprise, but they've been very disappointing lately to rent from. So I tried Budget for the first time about a month ago, the service was excellent, however I didn't leave a review the first time, I wanted to see if they were consistent. And yes they were, I just rented a car this weekend and the service was again outstanding. The location was clean, Service was quick and friendly (especially Tony) and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Keep up the good job everyone you made a customer for life out of me.

Jesse had a great personality and customer service. Had us laughing asked about our move and where we came from. Very personal and the return went by fast. Thanks Jesse!
