11/20/19 = 5 star = So fast service by the agent , from now on i will be going to this branch .

I arrived at 08:55 on Monday morning. And there were 2 people in front of me, and it was my turn at 09:15. Waited 20 minutes. There were four people behind me, two of whom turned around and went back. The problem with this place is that there is only one clerk every time I come, so I have to waste time waiting every time. The store owner should improve the problem of this place, but even if it is not improved, there are many customers, so if it is not improved, the customers should not go here.

This UPS is efficient, but Vanessa provides such horrible customer service that makes the experience so repulsive in how users are treated. I called about them hopefully providing a receipt for an item that shows as not scanned in when I dropped it off on 01/20/2023. I had mistakenly threw away the physical receipt and needed it to prove a return so I wanted to ask if they had anything that could help me. Ultimately, they didn't but Vanessa acted like she didn't have time for me, put me on hold hastily to deal with other in-person customers, kept pushing me to get off the phone with comments like, "Okay? Okay?" after giving me harsh answers and then even stated that they weren't a customer service line to provide things of this nature. I just had to ask for her name after I thanked her for her help and even then, she was rude. Maybe if I showed up in person like other times. I'd get better customer service (sarcasm...).

Omg!!!! I left here in tears and so upset and angry. I asked for a pen they didn’t hand it to me so I started using one from the counter the young guy at the counter said those aren’t for use and he literally took it out of my hand. I have never felt so violated in my life he had no right to even get so close. Then I was trying to do what I needed to do and he kept trying to force me to do it his way. The girl he was flirting with was giving me dirty looks and trying to make poor excuses of why he’d grab something out of my hand. He didn’t even say may I have it back he forcefully took it out of my hand. I’d sue if I had the time. I feel so violated. Then to mail 2 keys in 2 days is $80 something dollars he’ll no!!!!! Highway robbery seriously. I really hope this guy gets fired I’m very upset and hurt and I still can’t believe he came into my personal space so rude so non professional. I’d give negative 5 stars if I could!

Enjoy going into this facility because it’s close to my home and the staff is friendly. It has never been super busy but even when there’s several people waiting, the staff seems to assist people quickly. I’m in and out with little wait time.

They worked with me to get a good passport photo. I appreciate there flexibility and willingness to work with me.

I've never had an issue dropping off my returns here. I only use UPS for returns which are usually covered (free). The only negative I can think of is sometimes you have to wait in line when they're busy. On rare occasion it can be a long wait but it's not common. I believe if your package already has a shipping label, you can just drop it off without waiting. I on the other hand will wait in line just to get a receipt in case I need it for proof of return shipment. Im about to go to that store right now and I know what's going to happen. It's going to be my first terrible experience right after I post a good review.

I've come several times to drop of packages and use computer to print. The girls have always been helpful. They are always so busy! Only complaint is I wish they had a stool for the computer. Some of us older folk have bad backs and joints. It would be helpful.

Went to pick-up an item that Amazon send through UPS and was not able to deliver, so I had to go through the hassle of picking up this item at this store. Because the Amazon account is under my daughters name they won’t give me the item, I showed this person the address and shipping tracking number and she still did not give me the item. Amazon needs to stop using these 3rd party delivery services. Amazon contacted them and they still refused to give me the item.
