Horrible curbside pick up service. They give you a pick time option and a phone number to call once you get there. We ordered the food at 1030 for 1200 pick up. We got there at 1215 and the hostess answering the curbside hotline is rude. She says they have hundreds of orders and she cannot estimate the time it will be ready in a very rude tone. Okay I understand that but It's been an hour past the promise time and still no food. It's not like we did not give them enough prep time. I have to go to work at 1pm with no mother's day lunch at least. This location does not have a good Curbside pick up planning sorry ?.

Absolutely delicious. It was a nice treat for the family. We had everything from the calamari, steak, salmon, crab, lobster to the clam chowder. Really pricey, but it is Red Lobster and seafood. We had an excellent server and it was pretty quiet since it was 4pm. All in all we had a great time. We'd go back for sure. Only complaint, I asked for mu steak rare, which as usual in most restaurants, it definitely wasn't rare.

Ordered to go and got lobster and crabs. Absolutely not okay the quality of the crab legs weren’t editable at all. Called to speak with management regarding this and they were good with service recover but haven’t been back since.

Hostess very nice but needs to speak louder we didn't hear her while we sat at bar and told her we will be there 1.5 wait on a Sunday 3pm. Waitress was great Jennifer very up beat and very nice

We went for there $20 all you can eat shrimp offer and the options were all delicious. my husband got the fish-and-chips it was a huge portion of fish and was cooked perfectly. our server was amazing and the atmosphere was chill, we will definitely be back.

Food not that great

I recently visited Red Lobster and was extremely disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Maine Tail and when it arrived, it was significantly undercooked. I have video proof of the undercooked lobster and it's clear that Red Lobster has extremely poor quality control. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you're looking for quality seafood.

It’s been a while since we’ve had red lobster. They have an excellent selection on their menu and of course the staff is friendly. The food is wonderful I would recommend to give it a try. We’d like to go inside and set atmosphere is always wonderful!

Came here on a Thursday night (6/15/2023), since we didn't make a reservation we were told it would be a 30-min wait to get a table. I looked inside and the dining room seemed not so crowded, maybe they were short staffed so I understand having to wait. We sat around 8:30 the host told us a server would be with us shortly and that the dishwasher was busy washing all the dishes at the moment but they would bring out the utensils once they were done being cleaned. 30 minutes later no one had came to our table, no utensils, no water, just, no one was there. Several servers passed by but not a single one stopped to ask if we've been helped. I walked over to the host stand to see if I can get someone but there was no one at the host stand, so I walked back to my table and waited for the next server that passed by and stopped him. He helped us put our food orders in and we got our food around 9:37 ish. Oh and those utensils that were being washed? They never made it to our table so we ended up eating our $48 entree with plastic Togo utensils. Thanks the server James for helping us but we'll probably not return.

Service here was excellent they need to work bringing your drinks in a cocktail glass not a water glass

Beyond pleased with this location. From the customer service to the tidiness of the restaurant! It was a thirty minute drive from my house but it was well worth it!! Had the Seaside Shrimp Trio and the most delicious Strawberry Smoothie I've had in awhile. Our server was Elliot!! He was amazing and had the best hospitality. Will be coming back!

Wait times have been ok I ordered cod sandwich with Mac n cheese and a beer it was yummy sweet coleslaw complimented the fish and rich mac and cheese kept me hungry for more. I suggest dipping bread in clam chowder. I am full.

I ordered a seaside shrimp trio and kids chicken tender meal. I waited a hour for my carry out after they told me 25 mins when I came in. When I received my food a hour later it was cold, hard and sloppy. They did not pack my shrimp linguine. They did not offer to remake food, just give me my missing linguine. I asked for a refund and she stated she couldn’t even give me a receipt for the refund even though I paid with a credit card.

Waitress provided excellent service for party of eight. She was patient, polite and helpful with selections.

One of the best Red Lobster locations I have been to! Very organized & respectful employees. Nice atmosphere with minimal noises. Accommodating for the disabled as tables are split between chairs & diner seats(?). Love this place & will definitely revisit!

So we went here to get the unlimited shrimp deal, and this location did not disappoint. Our server key us know in advance that they may be a slight delay as it was crowded, but he brought it two items off the unlimited shrimp at a time to be proactive! The biscuits were fresh and hot, perfectly baked. All dishes are all served hot. We have no complaints about the restaurant. Be advised though, they are doing construction, so the parking and visual ambiance is not the best.

Below is the food for myself and my daughter. It was pretty good even though my popcorn shrimp was very well done. My only complaint about the service is I asked for a refill of my drink that never came.

Beyond SLOW service!!!! Uncrowded Monday restaurant at 5:30. Biscuits took 45 minutes (Only got 1 basket), food took more than 60 minutes, and the drinks from the bar took 20. Just short of walking out to go to the Dennys across the street. *Edit crab was cool, lobster was cold, butter was congealed, potato was not hot, broccoli was uncooked, had to ask for a crab fork and crab cracker, ketchup for the fries, bread plates and butter. The best part of the whole meal was the martini, the Cole slaw, and the salad. In short, anything that was supposed to be served cold was excellent. Anything that was supposed to be hot was not. Service was unconcerned/waitress was absent Now waiting on the bill. First time in my life I Will not tip. Utter failure on the kitchen for the long wait and the unconcerned waitstaff since the food was served too cold. Torrance, CA

We were wondering if we made a right decision to visit here when we saw many dishes being somewhat pricey but yes we are glad we went there. Nice restaurant and friendly staffs. We ordered lobster and langostino pizza, southwest style tacos, and clam chowder. They were all delicious!!! Rice pilaf came with three shrimp tacos and it was also delicious. I would definitely go back again!!

We had a delicious lunch today at this Red Lobster location. We took advantage of a $14.99 special that even includes dessert. We had a short wait (about 10 minutes). Restroom was very clean. Our server was Jolisa. She was very welcoming with a beautiful smile amd provided us with excellent service. We had plenty of food to bring home too

Can be hit or miss at times but typically satisfying. Plenty of parking and watch for those peak hours where they wait times can get long. I don't think the long waits are worth it but plenty of people do. The wait staff is usually very good with the occasional low performer. The food is on par and decent for the price.

Went here for lunch. The food was amazing. My steak was well done and melted in my mouth. It was so tender. The seafood was great as well I was told. The waitress was super sweet and very attentive.

The food is good but the service is horrible. Went to pick up our dinner and you walk in to a lobby with konone to greet you. There are several other people jus stranding there and no one knows what’s going on. No one comes out to say hi or anything. Then someone comes out and yells a name. That person goes and gets their food and then that guy just goes back into the other room. Not acknowledging anyone else standing there. It’s lame and shows no hospitality at all.

This restaurant is SUPER delicious. It was one of those rare cases when we actually ate everything because we couldn’t leave any leftovers. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, and atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and relaxing. The only negative was that we had a very loud family sitting near, but the overall experience was excellent.

It was ok, nothing changed much but the face mask, social distancing and paper menu with I guess their most popular items. I watched someone clean out a booth, he cleaned off the table with paper towels which is fine but he used the same towels to wipe out the seat which he barely did. Service was good.

I made a reservation check in but yet I still have to wait and people that don’t have reservations are being seated before me what’s the point in making a reservation when there is not table reserved when you arrive? Like do you understand the definition of reservation because this is all wrong will never come to this location ever agin and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about my experience at this location

I decided I had a taste for Red Lobster after having attended our daughter-In-Christ's 2020 Graduation Parade! Hence, my husband and I ordered from the Togo Menu. Even Though RL was following the COVID-19 Guidelines and there weren't that many people in the bar area, my husband was not ready to sit down and enjoy our dinner just yet. The Togo Service was splendid and the staff was friendly! LB

Mother's Day. I ordered through Doordash on RL's site. 8am order placed for a 5pm delivery. 5 rolls around. No worries, I have chill. 5:30. Anytime now. 5:45. I call the driver. He says he's there waiting. I call the restaurant several times. I'm on hold and then click, hung up on, every time. 8:46, almost 13 hours after I placed my order, an email from Doordash saying my order was cancelled.

Great place to take the family out and have a delicious dinner!!!! Service was great, we got a table within 10 minutes of waiting. The waitress was great and very attentive to our wants and needs. The food was freaking great! We ordered 2 appetizers, 1 lobster and langoustina pizza and a chips and dip which was also delicious. The main dinner plates were just so finger licking good!!
