just
left
this
store
after
waiting
over
45
minutes
to
get
assistance
and
just
to
be
told
they
don't
have
the
product
(online
it
says
they
have
5
in
stock).
I
asked
for
assistance
from
two
employees
and
they
announced
it
through
the
store
intercom
system.
I
waited
at
the
area
and
I
saw
several
associates
working
around
the
area
but
I
still
waited.
Finally
someone
asked
if
I
needed
help
and
I
explained
that
I
did
and
that
I
had
already
asked
twice
and
had
been
waiting
for
a
while.
He
said
he
would
go
get
someone,
he
came
back
to
tell
me
the
person
was
on
lunch
and
if
I
wanted
to
wait
(even
longer)
for
him
to
return.
I
was
really
annoyed
at
this
point
so
I
went
to
the
customer
service
desk
and
asked
for
a
store
manager.
The
store
manager
came
but
never
introduced
themselves
or
asked
me
anything
they
simply
called
the
employee
over
(the
one
I
had
seen
all
along
that
was
not
on
lunch)
and
who
was
in
charge
of
the
garden
area.
He
seemed
upset
and
asked
me
how
he
can
help
me,
we
walked
over
to
the
area
and
he
checked
a
few
of
the
areas
(exactly
the
same
thing
I
did
the
entire
time
and
why
I
asked
for
help
to
begin
with).
After
several
minutes
of
walking
around
he
simply
says
they
only
have
electric
powered
chainsaws
and
tells
me
the
store
in
Hyde
Park
has
them.
TO
SAY
DISSATISFIED
IS
AN
UNDERSTATEMENT....
They
absolutely
need
to
work
on
customer
service
and
they
can
benefit
from
management
training!!!
