    This store is the worst in regards to some management and specially Safety . Some managers don’t even come out of the office at all until closing time . Some employees don’t do anything at all but I blame management. Take a look at the safety concern I have see pictures . They need to get a reality check . What would happen in case of a fire in the building. I took this pictures before I left but this was a daily thing supposedly to deter theft .The only good managers are the following: Jesus , Henry , Jose , George , Axel. The rest are practically worthless like Christine is a joke . Also GRANT the DEM is a Bully ! Don’t work for MET if he’s there he’ll make your life hard and stress you out . Many have quit and stepped down because of him ! @homedepotcorporate #homedepotcorporate

    August 2022 - FWIW, churros near exit, cheesecake near the front and windshield wipers kinda just roam the parking lot.

    The order, 1 pallet of 56 sacks of concrete mix, 60 pounds each, was delivered after 5pm, no problem there. Upon removing the sacks, several were ripped. I expected better quality, as this was the 4th pallet I ordered. Prices being as high as they are, quality should be as high, if not higher!

    You always have to hunt someone down to find what your looking for, then when you find somebody they always tell you oh go ask that person to help you.. All they do is just walk around all day do absolutely nothing I can't understand why people like to go to home Depot their prices are actually not fair.. I'm going to Lowe's for now on

    We are so happy and grateful with the staff services every time I go to buy any merchandise they’re polite and always doing their best to answer my questions (I always ask for details) Last week I had purchased an AC and it arrived on time and the person who was I texting to (sorry forgot name)he really managed to Help and Provided with a Great Service!!! Thank you to All😇

    I just left this store after waiting over 45 minutes to get assistance and just to be told they don't have the product (online it says they have 5 in stock). I asked for assistance from two employees and they announced it through the store intercom system. I waited at the area and I saw several associates working around the area but I still waited. Finally someone asked if I needed help and I explained that I did and that I had already asked twice and had been waiting for a while. He said he would go get someone, he came back to tell me the person was on lunch and if I wanted to wait (even longer) for him to return. I was really annoyed at this point so I went to the customer service desk and asked for a store manager. The store manager came but never introduced themselves or asked me anything they simply called the employee over (the one I had seen all along that was not on lunch) and who was in charge of the garden area. He seemed upset and asked me how he can help me, we walked over to the area and he checked a few of the areas (exactly the same thing I did the entire time and why I asked for help to begin with). After several minutes of walking around he simply says they only have electric powered chainsaws and tells me the store in Hyde Park has them. TO SAY DISSATISFIED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.... They absolutely need to work on customer service and they can benefit from management training!!!

    Came here early before the store opened to buy an exclusive Halloween item. Waited two (2) hours in line. And to find out manager confused me with some lady that just arrived and wanted the same item. JOE TELLEZ took it upon himself To sell the item to The person that had just arrived. I Waited two hours in line just to see the item I wanted being given to some person that just walked up. Joe is so unprofessional/Bad decision making. When clearly it should’ve been first come first serve people in line should of had first picks. I’m still frustrated even till today.

    Had a decent experience here, my only issue is that I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to buy a screwdriver that was caged up. I Dont blame the employee though, he was helpful. It’s just unfortunate that theft happens a lot, causing inconvenience for actual customers.

    Please hire more staff during peak hours…. waited almost half an hour just for assistance in Power Tools. . They managed to send over a young gentleman who helped us out. Thank you

    If you need assistance, it's pretty hard to find and sometimes they don't speak spanish; but once found, They are helpful. I rate it a 2 because I needed help to get some heavy things into my car(spent over 700$) and waited for the guy. Once "help" arrived, someone else asked to help them and instead of helping me and then go over, he much rather help the other person who didn't buy anything heavy or as much as i bought. Not only do i have back problems, now it hurts so much more. Security was awesome!! He did try to help, but he was older and it didn't feel right for him to help me with heavy objects.

    Sadly this is the worst home Depot I've ever been to. Service is horrible, or should I say NO service at all. Your on your own here if you need anything you have to find it yourself and cut it yourself. If the machine doesn't work to cut an item. Well go around the store and find something to cut it with because when you ask for assistance its no one's area! 😠 The line to pay is always ridiculously long. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE 👎

    Customer service in store is horrible. I asked some employees (ladies) walking by if they would call someone to assist me with concrete, they said they would call someone over. I waited for 10 minutes. Nobody showed up so I struggled to get the concrete myself. Cashier in the other hand was friendly. That's the only reason I gave it a 2 star. I'll have to keep driving a bit further to the Downey store in order to receive good customer service all around.

    Nice Home Depot! I bought some appliance that were floor models and on sale. I think their selections are better than other Home Depot shops. Service etc is similar to other Home Depots.

    Be prepared and know exactly what you need, not much in customer service, more like self serve, low prices large selection, not enough cashier's so be prepared to wait in line , they encourage self service and self pay. I come here when I don't need any customer service , otherwise go to Lowe's. No more experienced retirees giving you advice.

    This location has completely lost value of customer experience. I was redirected by 4 different employees for an item they had 25 in stock and couldn't be found two days later I went back and inventory had went down to 21 with a different purchases in mind i asked for the item I was originally looking for and the Manager Axel told me we have inventory issues all around. Completely understandable from a company as big as Home Depot. Show the Huntington Park location be looking for better inventory management?

    Manager and cashier were rude about price matching with their own website ! They said competitors price match only which I did with Walmart but apparently only Lowe’s counts … but even if this policy the tone and unprofessionalism that exhibited was unacceptable… Do better Home Depot!

    Never fails at this “Home Depot” not the first time their stock says at least 20 pieces available and nothing. This time the stock says 46 available……. “46” not 4 or 6 but 46!!!!!! I walk in and to my surprise ZERO available. Not even a “I’ll look to see” nothing just a “nah…. I don’t think we have it” You gotta do better HOME DEPOT

    This store has everything for gardening. And building and reparing a house. Missing is the customer service. I needed help choosing a driller. So "help" was called to the hardware aisle, but help never came. And I wasn't the only one waiting, there were other people, who like me, just got tired and left without the tool they needed.

    I tried returning something just a day or two after buying it because it didn't work and the lady kept asking me to get it replaced and I told her I didn't want it anymore, she kept insisting for me to get another one about 4-5times, with a ln angry demeanor. It felt like she was forcing something on a costumer and I don't feel this is right in any way, if this is acceptable by home Depot then I'm not returning to that store as I've never experienced this type of negativity or poor costumer service anywhere else :(

    I had a paint called “cracked pepper spent $300 for it, they was a young man with a pony tail in the paint department, he was SOOO NICE AND EVEN corrected our paint 🎨 for us and was having so much patience and also helped us get to the custom color we desired because the first one was too dark. Way to go home depot! Now that man is a great worker he did such a great job I was happy! He took his time and helped us with all of our questions about the primer we desired on our paint as well. I’m very satisfied 👏🏼

    Just had a bad experience here hoping to get some help and electronics and I asked about three of the employees one on a forklift and two other employees here walking with him they said they would give me help in the electronics department but they did not help whatsoever, I had to go look for the person which was Jessica in the electronics department and she was great helping me.. and I did receive acknowledgment from the manager, I believe her name is Vern..which I believe that is good but the other employees that ignored me,that was not.

    Was directed by 2 employees to 2 different isles and still couldn't find the lock washers needed. Kept looking and found it myself. Don't know why people work here don't know there own establishment. Rude employees.

    I just got some few items I needed, but spent 30 minutes checking out the tools on sale, Christmas is the time to get great deals here. FYI the restrooms are nicely cleaned. Thanks home depot!

    If you want to do a quick shopping, then this place is definitely not the best option. I stand in line here usually longer than I shop. However, I like to buy plants and soil here. After we moved to a new house, everything we needed was bought here. It's great to have everything and more in one place.

    Store is very busy even for a Home Depot, but it seemed to be well stocked. This is not the Home Depot I normally go to but it is close to work and we needed some emergency plumbing parts. The store is very understaffed. If you can find an employee, they seemed helpful and pleasant. But you are pretty much on your own to find something. The wait in line seemed to always be pretty long, they have plenty of checkout stands but only a few were staffed.
