State Farm has the best rates for Homeowner's Insurance and have been a customer for 20+ years. I have to be honest, I have shopped around for insurance, but I am sticking with State Farm. Their homeowner's policy has the best coverage in comparison to other insurance companies. The office staff is exceptionally professional, especially Anna M. She is knowledgeable about every aspect and service that State Farm offers. Anna is also courteous, kind, and patient. She knows the business and offers excellent advice. I never feel pressured by her, and always leave the conversation with a lot more information than I started with. She teaches me the importance of being covered for all kinds of unexpected events. We found a water leak in our home Dec 31. 2020. we were able to contact Anna at state farm and afterwards a plumber to come out at 7 pm and repair the leak. We had major damage from this leak. It went down walls, ruined our insulation in the attic. It soaked our entire ceiling and floor. Anna at David Briano came forward and assisted us in all repairs. Feb. 21 2022 another leak was found in our plumbing. anna assisted us with this issue as well. We have been with David Briano for 35 yrs. We are very happy with there assistance with claims and assistance with any issues we have had.

From the moment I started with this particular office, I was not comfortable. And regretted doing business with that particular office. It was as if Anna was the one who was the big boss. The agent never even said hello to anyone. Anna approaches her job as a sales person would. She told me at one time I could not take my Camry to the Toyota dealer. To take it to one of two independent body shops. The body shop charged me for the repairs to my car. She took her time transferring my policies over to a different agency.

I thought this was going to be a nightmare but as soon as I walked in it was comfortable, it was easy, it was fast!!! Linda was very accommodating, very informative and a total professional. Jorge was Thorough when he showed us around. My overall experience here is really really really good.
