The manager , he’s something else. He took advantage of my parents not knowing what is up with the new phones and he gave them discontinued models for an over priced profit. Also he sold my dad a memory card that was supposedly new for $60 and we found out it was used with old photos. He was trying hard to keep my parents old phones which were more new than the ones he sold them. When I found out what he did I went back and wanted our money back and he said : “ it’s my store I can charge what I want” he was only trying to give me $60 back from a $240 deal he sold my mom this Obama looking phone. Smh he said it was the memory and the earphones blah blah the activation but he charged my dad the same on his receive. Be careful when you swipe your card here .

Terrible customer service. The heavy lady that was helping me was very rude and was on her phone the entire time while helping me. Told them I wanted to cancel my service due to their poor customer service, and they said they couldn’t and I had to call 611 to do so.

I love the customer service here they never turn me away when I have questions and I'm 65 years old I don't know a lot about phones or technology and they always help me
