    I bought my 2021 Harley Davidson Road King Special from Mickey at Laidlaw's. He was such a pleasure to work with. Very easy and no pressure, yet very helpful. Even after purchasing the bike, Mickey made sure to follow up with me to see how I was doing and helped me with anything I needed. I'd highly recommend asking for Mickey!

    My entire purchasing experience from start to finish was a breeze. The entire staff was super friendly. Matt ordered the bike for me. Danielle called to tell me my bike was in. Nick communicated the terms over the phone. Danielle was waiting for me at the door. She showed me around, introduced me to on duty staff and really made me feel as if I was the most important thing going on in her day. Robin in parts was super helpful and knowledgeable. Then Mike in service, who is an old friend, was helpful as always. It was also nice to see another old friend, Dave in sales. Thank you Laidlaws staff.

    Laidlaw HD is "the" Harley-Davidson store to go to in LA. 3 generation have run a clean and ethical dealership. Matt Laidlaw continues the tradition making friends out of customers one sale at a time. Never additional dealer fees or setup charge for their new bikes. Just MSRP! I can only think of three other dealers nationwide that are this ethical on there selling tactics and business model. I cannot recommend them enough! Plus go watch Matt Laidlaw's YouTube channel for some of the best Harley content on YT!

    LaidLAW HARLEY DEALERSHIP is a must if your planning ON buying a harley AKA A REAL MANS SCOOTER. this is the place to do it.the service is and was exceptional. I CANT BEGIN TO TELL YOU how well and comfortable this experience was.I CANT WAIT TO BUT ANOTHER ONE FROM THEM IN TEN OR SO YEARS WHEN I PASS THIS FINE BEUTY DOWN TO MY GRANDSON.OR GIRL. A VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO MATT LAIDLAW. AND ANDREW.SHITFUK THE ENTIRE CREW AT LAIDLAW HARLEY DEALERSHIP.THEY WENT way over and beyond to make my dreams come TRUE.I CANT IMAGINE GOing anywhere else for anything A REAL MAN OR WOMAN needs for the real WOMANS OR MEN SCOOTER ie a harley Davidson.     My husband had been wanting to go to this dealership for years because he loved seeing all of the builds they do online. I decided to include a trip to the dealership as part of his pre-deployment birthday celebration, so I drove the 1.5 hours to the dealership. We were then verbally harassed by another customer because my husband accidentally sat on a sold bike (you couldn’t see the sold tag because it was tucked behind the fairing.). My husband got off of it as soon as I saw the sold tag. This customer chased after us and started griping us out. Staff was familiar with the customer and I believe he was asked to leave, but the whole incident could have been avoided if the bike had been more clearly marked like we’ve seen at other dealerships. This completely ruined the mood of the day and really disappointed my husband after he’d been so excited to come out there.

    I've been to several HD Dealerships in California. There are other HD Dealerships I live closer to, but I decided to try Laidlaw's for the first time last week to have an RWD monoshock installed on my FXLRS. My experience at the Service Center was phenomenal so I came back this weekend for a 10k service and new tires installed front and rear. Again, phenomenal. If you watch Laidlaw's on YouTube, you'll see the bikes they work on and choose to film are extremely high-quality in terms of performance and aesthetics. I've learned that they treat ALL of their client's bikes with the same care and detail. I admit I've watched their videos, came into their dealership and get a little star-struck. I've met the family members who run the place and the employees that star on their videos who are real-life riders as well. All departments are equally satisfying in terms of customer service and quality products from Clothes, Parts, Sales, Service, and just the atmosphere in general... ethical, helpful, and able to connect on a human level... the place itself is neat and organized like a professional place of business should be. These folks really live up to the Harley Davidson brand and name. Big shout out and thank you to Steve in Service for taking care of me and my bike, and thank you everyone in the dealership for taking care of my wife and daughter. We feel like we're at home when we're at Laidlaw's. I don't know if it's LA's oldest dealership, now that I think of it, I think they are the largest HD dealership I've ever visited in LA... one thing I DO know is they're definitely the finest!

    MICKEY SEIGWORTH, made me feel great and comfortable about purchasing my first-ever Harley. He explained everything in great detail about both the bike and the cost of the bike. He never did pressure me into buying something I did not have my heart set on. He also made me feel extremely comfortable purchasing the bike I wanted as everyone starts at their own pace and some people can start with a bigger bike. He also ensured I was aware of any promos they had and went the extra effort into attempting to see if I qualified for them, which I did. NICK CULVER was an excellent finance person to deal with. He also did not pressure me into purchasing any additional items I did not feel comfortable with. We both joked in his office about the pros and cons of certain items and was 100 percent supportive of with options I went with. This was a thousand percent better experience compared to some car dealerships I have been to. Lastly, DARRELL KWAN was an excellent person to talk to. He helped me find insurance which allowed me to be able to ride that bike home that day. Went the extra effort to find me two quotes and did not pressure me into buying anything unless I was comfortable with it

    If I could give 0 stars I would, went in to the store to do an exchange on an item I bought online because it was to big, they were the only store that had this jacket in the size I needed, I rode for about 40 miles to get there. I proceeded to do a return because they told me they couldn't just do an exchange because I purchased online, I'm like okayyyyy so Juliane is helping me, my return was pretty simple now here's where it gets good, mind you the jacket I bought was on sale for 110 dollars she proceeds to tell me my total is 300. I tell her woah the jacket is on sale on the Harley website and I show her the picture she then tells me that they don't price match but she has a list of items that "they" have on sale and that jacket is not one of them but will ask her manager Selena. Selena tells me that they CANNOT sell me the jacket for that price because they are separate from the Harley website, that their prices and sales are different. I tell her it's the same item in perfect condition, online it's sold out and it shows online that the nearest store is you guys that have the size i need that's it, nothing more nothing less..She tells me NO they can't do that, I would need to purchase for THEIR price which was alittle over 300 dollars. I tell her that in their return/exchange policy it DOES NOT specify that they can't sell me the jacket for the price I paid for online nor that they are not affiliated with the Harley website..There is no way I will purchase the SAME exact item SAME Harley name for triple the price thats outrageous to me and a SCAM! Do research before buying anything from there I promise you, you'd find it cheaper, stay away from this place. Under their meet the business owner bio it says their number one priority is on customer satisfaction let me tell you I did not once feel that, HORRIBLE experience, not only did I not get the jacket I wanted but i rode 80 miles in total for absolutely nothing...

    Took my bike to get the left fork seal fix last month and while taking off my plex audio last night I noticed one of the bolts was barley hanging in there. Wouldn’t want to know what could’ve happened if I never noticed it and it falling out while Im out riding, double check the work after it being serviced.

    Great staff, I was looking for a certain jacket and called to see if they had it. The sales person Julieana was friendly and helpful. We were out of town and she held the item for me. I also asked her for the men's version but she said they hadn't come in yet and offered to call me when they came in. She actually did call. Thank you for the great service

    I’m from Toronto Ontario Canada and I dropped in to the dealership with a rather small problem, the lock button on the gas lid came apart. The people at the parts department started looking for one, no stock but they started phoning around to see if they could locate one while I browsed around the merchandise area. Then one of the parts people can up to me and said look what we found in the parts department. We don’t show any inventory for this so here you go no charge. I am flabbergasted, not only did they give me the part no charge but also gave me a Laidlaw licence plate frame ”free”. I had not spent any monies yet and could not believe what great service they were giving me. Regardless the items were free. Never ever have I had service like this before anywhere. Many other companies could learn what customer service is all about from Laidlaw Harley Davidson. You have made my amazing trip even that much better. I THANK YOU 😎🇨🇦

    Excellent experience buying my first Harley Davidson here at Laidlaws. Mickey didn’t have to do much work as I kinda walked in to buy a specific bike lol. But made the buying experience a breeze. Made some new friends over there. And Laidlaws made a lifetime customer out of me. Definitely worth the travel.

    Laidlaw’s Harley is a great store. Everybody was friendly and made my family feel welcome. We were on a family trip from Arizona, and it was worth the stop. I follow Matt Laidlaw and Laidlaw Harley on Instagram and YouTube. I was able to meet Matt and I appreciate the time he took out of his day to visit with me and my son. I bought the usual merchandise and stickers for my tool boxes👍.

    I would like to take a quick moment to thank Justin from the services department. Very informative! He’s an expert on parts, and he guided me to exactly what I need while providing perfect customer service. He also helped me save money by providing me with valuable information! I’m telling all my friends to abandon Glendale Harley and it’s terrible services because we have been missing out all this time! Laidlaw Harley is amazing!

    Went in looking to buy a specific hat. Was told only available if you buy a bike. Sorry, already riding a 2022 Road Glide. Got to meet Matt from all the great videos on YouTube. Overall a cool visit. I will be back.

    How’s it going name is Benny, this was my first time ever buying a Harley, and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, there was no hassling or hidden fees, and Mickey helped me through the whole process, felt very welcomed and the overall purchase was great! Appreciate the help he offered and and the knowledge he had on bikes, when I decide to get a second bike I’m definitely contacting Mickey.

    Thank you for the excellent service you’ve provided since becoming an owner of my Road King 2 years ago. Nick in Sales, Ty in Service, Robbin & Luz in Parts (especially parts).     I decided to drive from Corona after reading a few reviews that mentioned great experiences at this dealership and I also watched some YouTube videos that convinced me to check out this place despite the driving distance from my home, and let me just tell you that the drive was worth every mile! I was absolutely blown away with the laid back sales approach of upfront pricing and no intimidating sales tactics. I was shocked because there was no negotiation! The price of my bike was clearly given to me with no ridiculous mark up or any hidden fees. Since this was my first time ever shopping for a motorcycle, I didn’t know what to expect and I had my guard up all of the time thinking that it would be similar to negotiating a car, but I was clearly wrong. Matt made my buying experience exceptionally awesome by being simple and honest. As far as I am concerned, Laidlaw Harley Davidson is, bar none!

    I like this dealership. They have the best prices in town on new bikes and i recently had a nice experience at the service department. Only 1 employee seemed grumpy and hated his job the rest were very friendly and bubbly and accommodated me very well.

    The shop was very nice and well laid out. My reason for going was for research on getting a Harley “ currently a sports bike rider “ for a different experience riding and they sold Dixon flannel. My experience with staff was mixed. I talked to a younger girl with glasses and blonde that was very nice but, once I inquired about getting a bike I was referred to sales consultant, I believe her name was Danielle. From the word start tension was high and could tell they weren’t interested in selling or helping and was short snarky and rude, I guess I didn’t fit the profile so no enthusiasm to bother. I will be getting a cruiser and a Harley. But, unsure if I’ll be doing business with that person. Didn’t feel welcome and doesn’t deserve my money.

    This is the best Harley dealership in Southern California. No dealer mark up, no dealer prep fees, and a down to earth family dealership atmosphere. Check out their YouTube videos as well. I live in San Diego, but will gladly ride the 1.5 hours to bring my bike here for service and parts.

    I came to Laidlaw's to look for a gift for my brother. I didn't know where to start. They had so much to look through. Roxanne approached me and helped me pick out a couple of shirts. Teresa and Lisa both helped me with some items downstairs. All the girls were very helpful. I'll definitely be back.
