I will use this venue again for my daughter's first birthday. Also, another cool thing about this place is that you can rent the swimming pool for a summer party!

We enrolled our daughter in the swim classes. They are understaffed so the teacher and life guard weren't paying attention and my daughter almost drowned. They have 1 teacher for a group of 3 and when he has his back turned to work with one. The other two who don't know how to swim are left on their own about 20 feet away. My husband had to run over and jump in the pool to save her. They didn't even notice she was under the water. The life guard didn't notice and the teacher had no clue. It was terrifying and the girl at the front mentioned these things happen, when the kids get so excited they try to swim on their own. If they know this then why aren't they properly staffed in preparation. This facility needs to staff it better or have the parent stand closer to jump in. The parents have to stand really far back so it's not so easy to jump in and support. My husband had to jump a little wall and run about 40 ft to jump in. My daughter loves the water, she is 3 and really was excited. She was very scared after, and I hope this doesn't terrify her from the water. Just wanted to warn parents, if you take swim classes here... make sure to watch your kids at all times. They don't have capacity to ensure our kids are safe on their own.

Here on a Monday afternoon it's quiet, peaceful and a nice breeze. The aquatic center and bathrooms are closed until pandemic is over, but still a great park to visit on anyday.
