WOW!!
Upon
entering
we
had
to
wait
a
few
minutes
before
getting
seated,
but
nothing
too
long.
The
decor
is
relaxing
for
a
nice
date,
but
would
do
well
for
a
bit
of
business
as
well.
We
came
in
at
230
so
the
wait
staff
was
thin,
but
service
was
great
After
getting
seated
we
got
waters
quickly
and
the
menus
were
simple,
but
there's
something
for
everyone.
We
started
with
the
burrata.
The
cheese
had
just
the
right
rich
fresh
flavor
that
paired
with
the
arugula,
tomatoes
and
prosciutto
amazingly.
My
daughter
got
the
cheese
ravioli.
The
red
sauce
was
so
fresh
and
the
cheese
in
the
ravioli
was
rich
and
smooth.
The
pasta
was
perfect
and
fresh.
My
son
had
the
fettuccine
Alfredo
with
chicken.
If
you
are
not
a
fan
of
Alfredo,
try
this
one.
It
was
maybe
the
best
Alfredo
I've
ever
had.
The
chicken
was
grilled
and
seasoned
to
perfection,
and
again
the
pasta
was
amazing.
My
wife
and
I
shared
a
pizza.
We
got
the
quattro
stagioni.
It
has
mozzarella,
sauce,
black
olives,
artichoke,
and
prosciutto
di
parma.
All
of
the
ingredients
were
very
fresh
and
mixed
to
create
a
rich
salty
smoky
taste.
The
crust
was
delicious!
I'm
not
sure
what
type
of
oven
they
have,
but
the
crust
was
charred
and
crispy
in
all
the
right
places.
We
all
finished
off
with
some
tiramisu
and
cannoli.
They
were
both
excellent
and
light.
Each
tasty
especially
good
with
the
strong
espresso
they
served.
Overall
I
cannot
say
enough
about
this
restaurant.
If
you
love
real
Italian
food
come
enjoy
some
at
Fresco
Cucina
Italiana.
