The employees here are very polite and efficient. This Five Guys is very clean. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a drink. The fries are amazing!! If you are not hungry enough to get a meal, order the fries... And don't forget to bring a few dollars and tip these hard working friendly employees!! 😁

I have to admit that I like Five Guys. But I always wonder when they will decide to take down the quotes from past reviews, especially the one about the "best burger under five bucks". All of the burgers on the menu cost more than $5.

By now everyone knows Five Guys. Great burgers and fries, simple, no frills burger joint aesthetic. So what's up with the prices...$5 for small fries? Sorry but I can't afford to eat here anymore.

Burgers were sloppily put together. I did not get my A1 sauce as ordered and i tasted vinegar in one of the bites i took from that same burger. Everyone appeared rushed and seemed unorganized. The fries were barely warm. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Place is clean and spacious but food has gone down in quality. Fries are too greasy and hamburgers also have greatly shrunk in size. You spend over $20 for 1 person, simply not worth it. For this amount you can eat a much healthier meal.

The least favorite Five Guys location. Burger were lower quality, not much but still noticeable. On top of that, No milkshake on the menu. Staff were attentive but not as friendly as other location I have visited.

The burgers and fries are always great here -- fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the prices have gotten out of hand. I know that has a lot to do with this economy/inflation ... but nearly 11.50 for a burger seems a lot more than it used to be here.

This Five Guys is a solid two across the board. No shakes. Burger and fries barely warm. Staff surly. Tables dirty. The joy of Five Guys is supposed to be beautiful, hot, freshly prepared food. Preferably served with a smile and an amazing thick shake. None of that happened here.

$75 for a family of 4 and the meat tasted like dog food. Never again. This happened to us when we visited MD not too long ago, also. The meat was just horrible. I wouldn't eat it, for the smell and my husband and son ended up getting sick from it. So, sickness, hefty pricing, ending up with a hungry me and one of my sons the other night. You had one job, Five Guys. Burgers. One job. I don't give a rip that it was covid and so restaurants got into the habit of using older food. (You all thought we didn't notice?) This is unacceptable. And in Reston! One of the priciest towns in this area and in the country. ??? Fries weren't good either, unfortunately, which I will say usually isn't the case. And on the online order form, please make it so we can order a bunless burger for someone with an allergy. Either that, or make it so we can see that option better. My son who is allergic to sesame had a horrible reaction bc I looked but didn't see that option when ordering online.

Another solid Five Guys location. It's conveniently located in Reston's Plaza America and (ironically) placed right next door to a Gold's Gym. The same fresh, quality burgers, hotdogs and plentiful french-cut french that you would expect from the franchise. It's quite clean and the service is friendly and fast. If you like Five Guys, this location surely won't disappoint.

My son and I love the burgers at Five Guys! We've been coming here for years (even during the pandemic). It's still my son's favorite burger joint!!!
